I’ve eaten at an Old Chicago in Illinois and was working in the Greeley, Colorado area so I stopped by for a couple of drinks and some pizza. I had the meat me with the cauliflower crust and the fried zucchini, everything was great but I don’t know if the zucchini was frozen bought or fresh, if it was fresh they need to cut the zucchini just a bit thicker so they don’t fall apart so quickly other than that everything was great. food was very spicy for Italian. Salad was brown and bitter. pizza was good.
I ordered through grub hub. My order was held up for some reason till almost 8 o clock. I had pre ordered at 2 pm for a 7 o clock delivery. Got my order and what a shock. Italian nachos did not have any pepperoni. Very little cheese and 4 small rings of peppercinos. The Italian melt that was order had pretty much nothing on it. Food was cold nachos half burnt. Empty sandwich. All for a hefty 37.00 dollars when all was said and done. Poor quality of service and food. I would like my money back. Old c used to be a favorite. Buyer beware. I will not return.
We ordered the Italian Nachos, jalapeno bites, and pepperoni rolls from Grubhub. Our driver was on time and was fine. Our food was a joke! The nacho chips were burnt, there was hardly any cheese and no peppers or pepperoni at all. When we were eating what we could, we found a bunch of red thread on a chip. The jalepeno pretzel bites didnt have enough jalepeno to taste and the cheese was watered down. The only decent thing we got was the pepperoni rolls. But by the time we found the red thread we were so grossed out and couldnt eat it.
First time ordering from Old Chicago and it went south from there. Everything was wrong so I had to drive 10 minutes back and just for them to say they don't do refunds or comp the food when they mess up. Well it cost me $30 to know not to come back. And had to wait 30 minutes to remake my order. No food is worth this inconvenience .
Our food took forever. They brought the kid's meals first, spaghetti was barely warm, and Mac and cheese was just warm. My dinner was refunded because the bread was hard and burnt. Kid's were about done eating when the adults received their meals. People seated and ordered after we did were getting their meals before we did, we were seated at a table for 4, but we had 3 adults and 2 children, was not enough room for 5 meals. Witnessed a table being cleaned and the table was wiped once, the booth seat was not wiped.
Flew in for a business trip to Colorado, and Old Chicago was right by my hotel. Stopped by for a quick dinner and was more than impressed! The pizza was great, and so was the service. Megan has so much energy and took great care of me. I'll get the hang of this world beer tour thing. Cheers Old Chicago!
Cold Mac and cheese no sauce. Just a pile of cold noodles with crushed dry bacon. I tipped the waitress well because it wasn't her fault the food was awful we were a table of 6. The personal pizza and nachoswere good
