Called the Noodles and Company at Center place in Greeley, to put in an order for curbside pickup. 1st time ordering from this restaurant.Tried the chicken soup. Small serving is $2.50. Very good flavor. No crackers offered, or received with my order, no spoon either, but luckily I had one.Tried an Asian Apple Citrus (with Chicken) salad, too. Pricey but was willing to try it. Good flavor, chicken was just right in flavor. The size seemed small for the price. Asked for the larger 'regular' salad, but to me it seemed like a wide plate. Not deep, so looks like there's more than there really is. At most, this salad was a small to medium - not large. (The picture on the menu looked like a bigger, deeper bowl. Very deceiving, in my opinion.) No utensils, again.Looked back at the menu later, I guess I was supposed to ask for the utensils. No napkins in the bag. Asked for a side of soy sauce. Got a different, thick, hazy, citrus flavored sauce in a little cup w a lid. No soy in the bag.Website worked great. As soon as I texted I'd arrived at the restaurant parking lot, a man came out with my order and brought it to my car.
We went in for family dinner and placed two kids meals 3 alike adult meals with one less ingredient then the other two (not too complicated). When we received it we had no chicken in two so we went and asked and after MUCH confusion of adding the chicken (which was not our mistake I believe the cashier was new with no assistance) we were told $1 extra. And total came to an additional $6 and when questioned the cook said “well do you want to pay for it and get it or not”
The competition to the north of Safeway is better. No special sauce. Will probably not go back. But the customer service was 5star.
Takes 30+ minutes to make a single pasta bowl. Don't suggest this place unless you have plenty of time to kill.
First time here! Deborah was the cashier thank you so much!! it was great ! The cooks and cashier are outstanding!! Me and my husband love it more than olive Garden!! Great food great staff!! Most definitely will be coming back.
Honestly, Noodles isn't my favorite place. It's mostly just overpriced pasta I could boil at home. This visit was unusual. The staff, particularly the woman that took my order, was very pleasant and hard working. The staff made this meal worth 5 stars.

Work for noodles and company in Maryland for a long time. When you ordered chicken varicose sald, you got chicken on the salad. That's why it's called chicken varicose salad. Also cheesy bread was mangled.
Good food. Not cheap. Making up for lost sales
