Food was good, drinks were horrid, service took forever

We had hoped to have a quiet meal for my husband’s birthday. We understand that Meeker’s is a third rate restaurant meant to cater to travelers in the hotel, but there is not a better alternative in Greeley for a nice meal out. Both the Greeley Chophouse and Pellegrini’s are under renovation. Service was horrible. The wait person seemed put-out to explain the drink special, which she did by offering the name of the drink and that it had rum in it. The food was mediocre and, in my opinion, overpriced. Although there were few problems in the restaurant, the wait person stood at the bar and carried on a loud conversation about her dogs with people across the room (and unfortunately right next to us). We will not return.

It was the worst service I have experienced ever before.

Our server Kaylee was amazing. The food is great and the staff very friendly.

Really enjoyed our dinner last night. The chili and cinnamon roll was an odd but delicious combination and the Angus burger was perfect. Was happy to see some good beer options as well. Will dine here again if we return to Greeley. Highly recommend!

One of the more creative restaurants in Greeley, good value

Food was pretty good. Hosting was chaotic. Servers were stressed but tried hard to please. Ambiance was decent for area restaurants.

Hotel restaurants can get a bad rap sometimes, and for good reasons. Meeker is an exception to this rule. I appreciate the local food sourcing philosophy and I felt the results showed in our meal. After our waitress Matilda settled a bet between us (regarding the grilled cheese and soup), we ordered the soup and the beef ravioli. These, despite being tomato based were actually a good complement for each other, now we were very hungry after biking 60+ km that day, but regardless, both meals tasted great and did not conflict at all. In fact, the grilled cheese sandwich tasted great with the ravioli. We really appreciated our waitress who went out of her way to make our time at dinner as fun and relaxed as it could be!We may return for breakfast tomorrow!

It's so sad that this place has gone down hill quickly. We loved this spot up until 6 months or so ago.. They are OUT of practically everything.. All the time. We literally have walked out twice.. Once for never being greeted, as the servers rolled silverware and the bartender just looked at us too.. The couple in front of us left too.. + it was empty.. We tried to go back for dinner with family and they were out of every beverage we ordered .. We tried to make it work but then was out of their menu items too. It was a disaster. My husband has ran restaurants for 20 years and we always try to be compassionate and understanding.. But this is next level.

FANTASTIC CELEBRATION WITH MEEKERS= SUPERB DINING EXPERIENCE! Prime rib Friday night dinners plus the supreme ravioli entrees are very wonderful chef's offerings! Great staff!
