My wife decided she wanted a quick bite to eat. So my mother suggested McDonald's because it was close. I took their orders and went to McDonald's made my orders, There were a couple of special requests, which appeared to be handled. I took the order home, and dispersed to the different individuals. My wife took a bite and thought that maybe she just missed getting any hamburger in her cheeseburger. She pulled the bun back, looked underneath the pickle , looked underneath the cheese and there was no hamburger. She was the one that was looking forward to a cheeseburger. She could only eat part of it without being so disgusted because there was no burger in her cheeseburger.
We understand there is a staff shortage but the service we received was the worst I ever had and all the employees attitudes were incredibly rude and nasty. We waited for our food for about 20 mins before we went up to ask for our food. The entire drive thru was completely emptied out. They then just told me to enter my credit card again. When I asked her why she stated she was giving us our refund that we had asked for. We didn't ask for a refund. We told her no, we just want our food. When we asked for our drink cups she threw them down on the counter. It still took another 10-15 mins to get our food. She slammed our food on the counter and then when we were just responding to a text, since we were now late for an appointment, before grabbing it yelled at us, theres your food you wanted. I don't care how understaffed you are, there is no reason to treat paying customers the way we were treated. We were very kind up until our food was slammed down at us and the remarks were made. As we were leaving she was then yelling at other customers for getting their drink cups they paid for and accused them of stealing.
I've been here before, and it's an excellent McD's. My drive-through order went surprisingly quickly. The order was right. It tasted as good as you would expect at any McDonalds that values their customers. I was done with my drive-through in less than 10 minutes. No complaints. No problems, friendly crew.Highly recommended.
The staff was amazing here today. Not for the normal reasons but just for being kind humans. My car decided it was going to completely die on me when I went through the drive through and as soon as I mentioned it to the person taking my order out came 3 male workers to try and help me push it out of the way..... When that was not able to be done as the car wouldn't go into neutral, they placed cones behind my car and allowed me to not only wait for help but also allowed me to leave, go get my new battery and replace it in the drive through without giving me any hastle. I only wish I had gotten names to thank them before I left to go back to the auto parts store....... Thank you to the staff for just being kind and understanding.

The app for special deals wasn't working. The manager seemed not to care, and didn't do anything to resolve the issue.The food was what it is fast food and mostly unhealthy for you. Still is was served correctly and fill my stomach.
Went through drive through one morning to get breakfast for myself and a family member. I ordered a big breakfast with a hot coffee and the McGriddle meal with a frappe. When I pulled up to the second window they were about to give me to completely wrong order and they asked for my receipt. After giving me my correct order I asked about my frappe I had ordered and they said I didn’t order one. When I asked if I could order one there, they said no. I would have to go back around and order it.. How is it my fault the person taking my order can’t do their job. :)
Everytime we come here, they either mess up our order, give our meal to another person, or take another person's order before us, even though we've been there for quite awhile. I love McDonald's but I do not recommend coming to this one.
Terrible experience. Ari was bagging and serving food for front counter and had no respect for customers or their time. We waited 30 minutes for our food, during this time several other people left due to outrageous waits. I asked Ari for a manager and a refund, and she blew me off! Did not communicate to the manager that I was waiting for a refund, did not tell me she would do anything, she just walked away and ignored me. Finally I got the attention of the manager, Manny and he immediately helped me get my food and my money back. Kudos to Manny for being a responsible manager, although Ari was responsible for at least 4 couples leaving with or without their food or refund and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have never seen an employee be so purposely ignorant towards in-resteraunt customers.
One of the best experiences at McDonald's ever. The drive thru employees went above and beyond. Only wish I would have got the name of the man whom we paid as well as the lady who served us. Great customer service from both employees.
