So again. I am spending the bulk of my afternoon waiting on a less then friendly staff to make a few items and put them into a bag. I think its time places like this charge for the food at delivery. Only then would the customer have the option to walk out and show the owner the type of respect that they show customers. Stop here if you all the time in the world. Otherwise I suggest driving to the 10th street location. It will save you time.Additional notice. After a 30 minute wait for nuggets and cockies. 30 minutes not durring a rush. Finally i was given the bag. I rushed out and to my destination. Late of course. Opened rhe bag and they forgot the nuggets. 2 things, 30 minutes. Seriously who trains the people here? Management should be embarrassed. If i owned this store i might take the time to find out why most reviews are 1 star. Unless you dont mind knowing you could have a more productive store.
Don't eat here. Ordered food and the staff was rude. Had a mobile order and waited around 20 minutes in my car and had to go inside just to get it and the food was cold and burnt. I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese meal with everything on it and got a piece of meat with ketchup and my hot and spicy was also burnt and had no lettuce for some reason. I got ice tea that tasted stale. I called the store and they just hung up on me and said they have no staff not their problem right now. I took 1 bite and ended up just throwing the rest away.
Most of the time I enjoy eating here. I was A little disappointed a week ago. When their breakfast mcmuffins went off sale. It would've been nice if they Would have posted something saying that. Overall I've been pretty good!
I have noticed many inconsistencies while going to this McDonald's it's very close to my house so it's convenient but I never know what to expect one time I waited 20 minutes in line that was after they told me to go to a secondary parking I think they forgot me sometimes the food is hot and good sometimes not.
We went here because we know they are 24 hours and we had been moving all day and had not eaten anything. We got there around 11:45pm and was told through the Drive Thur “we are not accepting orders at this time”. If you are a 24 hour restaurant AND IS ADVERTISED AS SUCH there should be no reason for the store to close or not accept orders. I have never seen another food service shut down for no reason and stop taking orders. Between that and the constant inconsistency in their food I do my best to avoid this location and I’d highly recommend you do the same.
Went through the drive thru it was very fast but while ordering the lady rang me in for the completely wrong thing which is fixable as I informed her it wasn't correct she finally got my order right on the screen I get to the window to get my food and I notice I am missing my burrito so I go inside get the burrito. Now I am home and not a single sandwich was what I ordered, I call to get them to replace my food which they do offer to do,but the lady on the phone tells me it was her general manager bagging all the orders so not sure how it was so messed up, well let me tell you how it was so messed up when your general manager doesn't care then the employees don't care worsted mcdonalds in greeley.
Don't even. Waste your time going to this place at night they will just screw you over. The family and I went and order 3 hot and spicy 2 McDonald's a kids meal and a large sweet tea. The whole time we where trying to order the cashier was extremely pushy. Then we got a half full fry and a small drink. The guy who handed out the food just basically tossed it and just left
Super slow and all the employees act like they can't see you so you get ignored forever. When you ask them a question they act like you're the biggest inconvenience in the world. The one by center place is much better. Faster, fresher food, and nicer employees.
The worst McDonald's in the Greeley area. I usually order a fish sandwich. The sandwich was slopped together, cheese over 1/2 of fish and barely enough tarter sauce to cover the fish. Most of the time it is improperly made here, but once in 5 years I get a real sandwich like the other McDonald's. Please ask for staff to focus on making this correctly. The coke was fine, so I gave you a 2.
Terrible wait at this McDonald's. Must be short staffed. Try another McDonald's, we've been to all of the others and they are fast and service is excellent. This particular McDonald's is a no-go unless you want to spend the whole day here!! Will not be back under any circumstances.
