I have never had an online order fulfilled correctly. Items missing, special instructions not carried out, or items that I asked to not be on was placed on. The food itself is good and I don’t mind paying the price, but with that said, why have a tip option? Should I be obligated to pay more for something that is incorrect?
Stopped at Jersey Mike's to get a sub to bring home for dinner. The best subs you can buy and they are I believe in every state. Make sure you stop by and try a sub you'll be very happy You did
Closed an hour early with no sign on the door, extremely unprofessional.
This place honestly has horrible customer service. Every time we have gone in they are trying to close early. When customers walk in they don’t say hello or acknowledge the fact that we are standing there. They have the most unwelcoming faces and attitude. This last time i went in with my husband the open light was off even though it was 8pm. When we approached the glass we were greeted with “We are only serving cold subs right now.” With no talking and serious faces they barley even asked what we wanted in the sandwich, didn’t care to explain any toppings or anything.(note: it’s only my second time in this place.) They then spread the mayo with a LID of the little sauce containers. I mean these workers are just upsetting and disgusting.

Clean with friendly staff. A little slower to get hot subs, but worth the extra couple of minutes! Delicious and not too pricey.
My favorite sub shop. There are extremely busy with other orders but they always take you next in store.
absolutely amazing experience. I’m going back every day. such great service. AMAZING FOOD. Simply cannot fathom how good it is. they cut the meat and cheese right in front of you so you can see how fresh it is. so yummy
One of the best sub shops around Greeley. They are reasonable priced and offer a variety from Philly Cheesesteaks to veggie.
This place is a joke. They advertise open till 9pm. I walk in at 8:40pm and the door unlocked expecting to order some food, but only to walk in to see the workers breaking down there make-line, telling me they are closed. Was my first and last time ever coming here. I will be surprised if they are still open in a year with service like that
