I used to go to Hiroshi all the time because it's usually really good. This is the second or third time I went to this location and the service and the food has been terrible every time. I decided to write a review this time because the food was particularly bad! The rice was overcooked, the chicken tasted like it was boiled and was more shredded than cut, and the teriyaki sauce was SO BAD! It tasted and looked very watered down. I put both extra sauces on and I could still barely taste it; it just made the already overcooked rice more soggy. They charge way too much for such mediocre food. Definitely will not be going back!
Love these bowls. They’ve gotten a little expensive but the food is great and the portions are good.
I am finding that staff here is becoming very rude. Not friendly at all.I also not think tips should be asked for when paying for a take out restaurant to cook your dinner. Tips are for service.
Not as good as used to be. Chicken tasted and appeared boiled. Asked for extra sauce got home both bowl had no sauce. Paid for extra meat on one had about the same amount on both. Pricey as well the small and regular are only a dollar difference. For the two bowl 1 small and a regular with extra meat just under $30 dollars. Not worth the price. Would recommend not going.
Food is great. One guy is a little rude. Twice that I have ordered from him he seems to try and hurry me up. It's only been about 1 min buddy relax. Also please turn your open sign off when cleaning and closed. Myself and 3 other people were looking dumb trying to open a locked door.
It was my first time going there I had lunch with my sister and it was very good .
Always great food. Usually great service. Never shy away from getting a meal here.
Beef tasted of freezer burn on a few pieces. It was rather tasteless without sauce which was too sweet.
They be tripping about their tips. Service from employees 4/10 depends ? on you speek withFood 10/10
Food quality good however over the past 3 years the old small became the regular and prices went up. Now the "new" regular which cost extra is never full anymore and prices keep going up. Either decrease the portions to keep the cost down or bring up the prices to keep portions the same size not both to double dip your cusomters profits.
