My sister is a local who has been in before and loved it. We came in for brunch, and got handed a menu, some water, and didn't get any service beyond that. We sat and waited for nearly 20 minutes while the servers helped out every table except ours. Neither of us will be returning.
Had the brunch this morning and it was AMAZING!! French toast was awesome!! Staff is so friendly and food is amazing.
I want to first start by saying that the Prime rib was pretty good and the veggies were great. The service was fair. We went out early this afternoon to check this out for dinner tonight with the family and were so excited. We at this time were served by one of the Chefs Travis and his service was GREAT. Let me tell you we most likely won't rush back because of the mosquitoes. We got eaten alive and with all the treatments out there for mosquitos there is no reason for this. We spent close to $200.00 for 2 adults and 2 teens and one of my kids had to go to the car before he could eat and I went as soon as I finished because it was that bad. We had to get his prime rib to go...
Let me share with you my experience with Hanks bad and grill. First of all, no matter what you order or who takes your order they will get your order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tonight I came in with my family hoping to have a decent dinner, however, they messed up the order of everyone at the table. 20 minutes after we ordered we got 2/3 of our order and most of it was wrong. We sent part of the order back because they didn’t prepare it correctly and after another 20 minutes they finally brought it and the other 1/3 of our order. The meal that we sent back was still not prepared correctly (we ordered it well done and it was still VERY pink), the steak that had been ordered medium was also rare. After asking for the bill it took them another 30 minutes to FINALLY come and take our payment. The service at this place is absolutely awful! Will not come back again!
The food was just “ok” especially after we waited almost an hour for just tacos and mac n cheese
This spot is awesome and spacious, the menu was delightful and the prices were very affordable. quickly, effective service and very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The food is outstanding. Brisket is my favorite but my husband had the prime rib tonight and said best he has ever had! Love the food, staff and the atmosphere!!
We had a great experience at Hank’s! There were ten of us, all our orders came out perfect and much quicker than anticipated. My father-in-law really liked the pulled pork, my son loved the Mac and Cheese and my burger was amazing! The service was fantastic! Bailey and all the servers were super patient with our four kiddos. After dinner we went on a tour of the fort, it was great! We were all super impressed by the whole evening!
Brisket that melts like butter! This place is an oasis. It feels like you are sitting in your own backyard with the fire pits and lawn games and everyone is a friend here. The food is amazing, the bar is well stocked and the service is friendly. This is our favorite after work spot.
