I really wanna love this place, but my first two experiences there have been pretty horrible. Today i ordered wings, while it wasnt busy, and had to wait well over 25 minutes. Several people were served within that time and the staff continued to make pizzas one at a time, even though the oven can hold at LEAST 3 or 4 for its size. I tried to get attention of owners but they were chatting for several minutes instead of assisting customers or helping us.Seriously wanna love this place, but MAN they gotta work on their system. Order ahead of time.
Previous website was not great and I could never get through when calling to place an order, but we finally got a chance to sit down and try this place.Customer service was great. Huge smile and courteous. Pizza was excellent. We created our own and look forward to a specialty pizza.Beer wall was fun and affordable perk.
When this place first opened we enjoyed the atmosphere, open seating, and beer wall. The past few experience have not been good. Today, we decided we will not be coming back. They have “servers” but you are still required to get your own drinks, which was chaotic. They did not have any domestics beers and most of the beers they did have were tapped. We waited close to an hour for our food and it was terrible. Every time we asked a server for an ETA, they said they would check and never follow up. Our wings were burned and without the sauce we asked for. We found out after the fact, that the sauce the server offered us was out and we had to self serve and alternative. The “Ceaser salad” came as a plate with Romain lettuce and Italian dressing - they also did not tell us until after that they were out of chicken and croutons. The cheesy bread was okay but was NOT worth the hour wait. We were informed that the servers didn’t even know that a band was coming in to play! Thankfully, there’s other pizza places in Greeley we can go to.
I ordered a pizza on line, got there to pick it up and they hadn't started it yet. It only took about 15 minutes for them to make/bake the pizza, it was not worth the wait. While I was waiting I notice most the people in there were hanging out near the tap wall drinking beer, not eating. We didn't like the pizza, it didn't taste good. We won't be back.
Loved the place! The owner (Bill) is really helpful and caring for the place.Beer wall was the best! Had a Hispanic employee help me out and was super helpful. Love it!
This place is pretty bomb. They have a self serve beer and mixed drink bar, super cool. The employees are very nice, Jordan is the man, super cool guy.We have been there a few times and once the beer bar was acting weird. Not only did they fill our cup for the headache, they filled it again just to be cool.Food is pretty darn good too. Definitely recommend.
Went in to check out the beer wall and grab something to eat. I love the concept for the beer wall and pay card. Very convenient option. The pizza was great! I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back again.
First time trying Greeley Pizza Company and it was a huge hit. Salad bar had great selection and everyone was fresh. Breadsticks are a must as well the wings. My absolute favorite was their new Crack Chicken. It’s absolutely delicious, wasn’t dry at all and had great flavor. We will be going back soon to try out the awesome beer/mix drink wall.
3rd time in a row being disappointed. Will not be going back. Pizza was bland, wings we’re subpar. The salad came in a to go box instead of a bowl or plate, which I found really weird & the lettuce was limp & disappointing. And this was the 3rd time the beer wall was not great at all. All the beer was foamy, and they were out of quite a few beers. The concept of a beer wall is awesome, but when the beer is constantly foamy every single time? Not good. Also, they recently changed the seating of this place. I’m confused about if they have “servers” now? It’s not west your self anymore, and when I asked if we still get our own water, the worker said “I can get you water”. Very confused the whole time. You pay up front & then close out your beer tab at the end, but you’re supposed to tip at the beginning. Before you get any food or any type of “service”. Do they expect you to tip like you would if you had a legitimate server? When you still get your own beer & the same worker did not stick with our table the whole time, another worker took care of us about half way through? Very confused the whole time. Not a great system at all. Will not be returning due to many, many issues. Over all, not great food, foamy beer & very odd service.
Best pizza I've had in a very long time! I'm very picky when it comes to pizza, but this place! Seriously! Words can't explain! And their margs are awesome too!
