Food was a poor ripoff of the much better Steak N Shake restaurant chain, primarily found in the midwest. Also, we were bothered when trying to enter, by a family who was doing their child's Eagle Scout project for him, as they were soliciting donations for a park bench. Apparently, Freddy's gives additional money to organizations and individuals who solicit donations in front of their restaurants. Not cool!
Given this Freddys multiple chances because we have always had great luck from Longmont location and Thornton. But Greeley’s freddys just can’t seem to get a even a SINGLE order correct, very disappointing. Burgers came pretty much plain and nothing really on them. One didn’t even come with bacon, and the other was completely opposite of what was ordered. Added pictures of receipt and food from this order. Will not be returning to this location ever.
I visited a Freddy's in Nebraska a while back and wasn't impressed with the food. But, my family wanted to go and since it had been a few years and I was in a different state, I decided to try it again. Well, there was no difference...the food was still unimpressive. But, I must say that the service was great...and that's why I rated it up to a 3.
Love the real hot dogs on real hot dog buns. The hamburgers are wonderful, correct every visit. Cheerful staff are a pleasure.
Was quite busy when we got there. Wait staff was attentive and even found time to take our trash just before we were leaving. Fast food break but done well.
Both my Kids meal hamburgers were raw!I am extremely disappointed to spend almost $7 for a KIDS MEAL. Then be forced to throw out the raw burgers, and cook at home anyway.I have emailed the link below proir to this post and again today 4/6/22
I like Freddy's and I'm glad there is one in Greeley. The food has never disappointed and the staff is usually friendly, even if they're short staffed. Best of all, my kids like it, which helps.
The french ? fries were greasy as was the ? bread on my patty-melt. This is the first time, since I started eating at Freddy's, and I'm hoping it will be the last, that could be a health issue for me.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Great atmosphere. There was one cashier on 3/16 was very sweet and handled my situation very well when I missed an order in the drive through. I didn’t catch her name, she had black hair and a nose ring. She was very friendly and had great customer service. The restaurant was clean and definitely recommend!
Handed me a dirty greasy bag, fries still had way too much oil on them (there was a puddle at the bottom of the container) aswell as the cheese curds being DRENCHED in oil…nasty. Could mainly only taste the oil ?.. they don’t even let their products drip/shake once pulled out of the fryer. Bread was dry, so was the chicken sandwich ??
