I usually don't leave reviews, but felt it necessary this time. When we normally come to Fat Shack it's a long wait and okay service, not the happiest employees. Tonight's service was superb! The gentleman who helped us was very kind and gracious, a young lady was there too and they both were a delight to receive service from. Thank you!
Full, juicy, and unique. The Fat Shack seems to have some new on the menu every time I come back. I'm always full after a visit. I also seem to have a new favorite every time I visit. Right now, my favorite is the fat cow. The deep fried treats never disappoint or taste old (unlike some other places), so I'd recommend picking some up if you feel like something sweet.Don't underestimate how filling some of these sandwiches are. The small is the default for a good reason. I tried the burgers, and they're really good, but I can't resist trying new sandwiches.I'm never going back to Subway.
Fat shack is always where we come back to! The food is always amazing & the staff is phenomenal! Just tired the Oreo bites & they are so good! So glad it’s still going strong & just as good as ever! Will 100% come back! ?
The food is amazing the service is pretty good considering their super busy the Employees are very nice and they have been on shark tank and travel channel which is always a plus the food is always hot and freshly made i reccomend you visit this amazing atablishment
Staff was absolutely incredible and the food was incredible and filling. Guy working the counter was attentive, exceptionally friendly, and welcoming. It was our first time there and we would be back often as long as those two dudes were working again. Food was as spectacular as you could expect for massive burgers with all the fixins. Enjoyed it thoroughly and am still stuffed nearly 24 hours later. We'll def be back.
Don’t go after hours, every time I’ve tried to eat a burger after 11pm, they aren’t able to make it because “the grill will get cold if they put more burgers on it” or because “the grill is getting cleaned”. If it’s not one thing it’s another. “Closes till 2am” but not really. And the rude staff doesn’t help the situation.
OK so the food is pretty decent for junk food and burgers. I ordered online, said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. Proceeded to wait an additional 25 minutes beyond that just to have the kid try and give me half my order. Then waited another 10 to get the rest of it. Consider dining in if you are thinking of eating here. Doesn't last very long in the to go containers.
Easily one of my favorite junk food establishments around. Wings are always spot on, burgers and philly's are worth checking out also. My online orders are always correct, and on time.
Absolute waste of money! IDC how high you are, the "desserts" here at least are not worth your time. ESPECIALLY if you have it delivered! We ordered deep fried Twinkies, brownies, choc chip cookies AND cheesecake bites. First off I couldn't find a cookie inside that mess of dough, with a map! Whatever all that stuff was under a loaf of bread, wasn't good after the deep fryer. Just eat a twinki. They're way better before this place.
