Came here with a large party from out of town. We got told to come here for some great Mexican food. We were not disappointed. I ordered a Carne Asada and it was awesome! Well worth the stop.

Food was cold. Waitress blamed it on the kitchen... She said they were out of melon margarita mix even though I could see the melon liqueur. Finally got a melon margarita. I'll definitely not go back.

Well at least the margarita was good. I told them not to cook my carne asada and they made it to the point a shoe had less texture. I wouldn't serve it to my dog.But the waitress in me just sucked it up and ate it.Not going for food again but the jalapeno margarita made it worth it. 80 dollars later and not once did they ask if my food was okay

This place is a little gem. The staff is friendly, the food is great 99% of the time...we had one time it wasn't as great as the others, but everyone has their off days. Could be a bit cleaner, but the food is awesome! Great flavor and finally some good chili's and sauces with some kick!

The food was above average for sure. Clean dining area and spacious. Nice and cool inside. Bathroom was very clean. Server was warm and friendly

Very good enchiladas. Kids taco salad big and flavorful. I ordered carne asada. Very flavorful and yummy. Steak was a little over cooked and chewy. Still tasty! Beans/cheese and chips are served instead of chips and salsa. Loved it!

The service was very dissapointing. The waitress seemed very careless we waited a while just to get our drinks while we noticed she was walking around doing other things and then she went behind the counter having a conversation and laughing as we watched her. I thought she was actually having the horchata made then I saw her finally pouring from a container and I quickly realized we were on her time. The most ackward and disgusting part was when I got my “torta de chorizo” and I ordered strips of bacon ? on the side and didn’t get them… SO she came out to tell me there were small pieces of bacon inside my torta and started TAPPING my torta w the menu’s she was holding in her hand. That is just dirty and disgusting I couldn’t believe she did that after letting me know the cook “got mad” because I said the bacon was not there. Was that really necessary? She had no manners nor customer service skills you don’t touch other peoples food period especially w menus so many others have touched disgusting!! I am attaching a pic of the torta. Now if u know anything about tortas they should NEVER be SOGGY!! The bread was so soggy as if it had been in microwave that it was hard to even hold. the cook and the waitress need to find another job clearly this is not for them!

Usually everything about going to El Cielo is a good experience but today the service was awful!! Food was good, I'll give them that. There were probably 5 women actively working but they weren't really doing much. At any given time there was probably 6 tables with customers. We got sat and it took about 5 minutes for them to bring us a high chair, then another 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order and brought us chips. We watched as they themselves had drinks delivered and stood behind their little counter drinking them while food was coming up and just sat under the heat lamps. They continued to stand back there talking to each other drinking their drinks, paying no mind to the food or customers. We watched a couple come in and wait so long without any service that they ended up walking out because no one greeted them or sat them. Again, all while these women just stood behind the counter talking. We ordered sopapillas while we were still eating our food and they took sooooo long that we almost canceled the order. Perception is very important at any customer service job and the way these women worked today was very unprofessional and came across like they didn't care at all. I'm usually a very patient person but today my party was very disappointed with the service. We almost walked out ourselves because of how long everything was taking and how negligent the waitresses were being.

Great food, definitely worth the drive to Greeley from Fort Collins. Carne Asada street tacos were great! Really like how you can choose the spice level for the queso.

I have to commute from Fort Collins to Greeley for work sometimes. Not gonna lie... Greeley isn't a great town. I do not like coming here at all. The one thing Greeley has going for it is this restaurant. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The staff are nice and welcoming. The El Jeffe margarita is strong. The atmosphere is great. If you are stuck in stinksville I can't recommend this place enough. It's a breath of fresh air.
