Dutch bros is my go to. I like them better Then other chains. This location is decent, there are better. It’s clean and staff for the most part is friendly, and energetic, but there are a few odd ducks. The only thing I don’t like about this location is that the drinks are not consistent. Though good I never get the same drink though I order the same drink.Tip: Don’t get anything with nitro, they short the drink and add ice as it comes from a can. Medium you get the same amount as the large.
I came here on 7/9/22 in the night and the girl that was working with the striped blue orange shirt was AMAZING! I was mad at my bf and he insisted on getting me a drink and she surprised me with the best one ive ever had! Definitely give her a raise or something; her customer service was the best!
3 stars because, in my opinion, the coffee isn't any good. The staff was friendly but seems to prioritize socializing with coworkers and listening to music too loudly. While at the window it was hard to hear what was being said to me over the music and loud socializing. I think you should have fun at work as long as it doesn't make customers suffer.
Great friendly staff, tasty drinks and decent prices. Love the smoothies and muffin tops best.My only wish is to have locations in the area. The wait can be killer. It's not because they're slow. It's because they're great and get incredibly busy.
Well ya see I was running low on the BIG C that's caffeine for all the new coffee drinkers. So anyways, I pull into what seems to be a 15 car line at about high noon on a Sunday ( which is fine they run a smooth operation). Takes about 13 mins of my day and I was back on the road with a large Golden eagle by my side to help me conquer the days honey do list.
Always a super friendly staff and upbeat visit. The atmosphere they create has been known to literally turn my day around. While very popular and an almost nonstop line they've developed a great system to keep it moving pretty quickly while being above and beyond friendly even in the bitter cold. Recently I did not like a new drink I ordered for myself and went back to buy another as a replacement. They remembered me and replaced my drink at no charge to make sure I had something I liked. Exceptional customer service always!
look, I want to like this place. I really do. But every single drink I've gotten from here is just plain bad. I keep ordering different ones thinking I'll be better but nope- they all taste like they dumped an entire batch of sugar into my drink. Don't get me wrong, I like my sweet drinks, but this is just overkill. I'm giving them 3 stars because the staff are always friendly, chill people. But if I want a good drink, this is not the place I'd go.
The employees are always fantastic people no matter what Dutch Bros you go to, but this location specifically has some of the best. They are so caring and genuine in a world where that is rare to encounter, and they have incredible suggestions if you’re into their Rebels! I moved out of town and still commit to making the lengthy commute so I can visit this particular Dutch as much as possible <3
No complaints. Delicious coffee and friendly staff. Love the kids sized hot cocoas and being able to customize the temperature. Never disappointed and super appreciate the dufch bros app and earning points towards free coffee, definitely download it if you don’t use it! Thx for being great all around, DB!
Always a line (I've been told by other Dutch Bros that this location isn't busier than them, just slower to serve), drinks are way too sweet, and frankly it's overhyped. However, Dutch Bros has a cult-like following so I'm clearly missing something. Sugar addiction maybe?
