I would like to give 5 stars but won't because of the average service from my server. I've been a server before and know what it's like so i can say my server wasn't busy and failed to do a check up. After taking our order Alexis didn't come back until the end of our meal. A cook came out to deliver our food. I left my coffee cup and the end of the table for a refill that was ignored until the very end. I wanted hot sauce but never had a chance to ask and don't like getting up to go ask or waving the employee over because I feel that's rude.However, the place was very nice inside. Great decor. Very clean including the restrooms. Plate presentation was excellent along with the taste and quality of the food. My grandma thought so as well. It wasn't as hot as expected I feel because my server neglected to bring it out on a timely manner.Also there was another server name unknown ( black hat with buttons pinned to it ) who assisted my server on multiple occasions who was very friendly & looked like he was taking great care of his tables as well as seating people
I've been to the FC and Windsor locations for a long time but this was my first time at the Greeley location. Same GREAT menu and attentive staff. I'm not sure if it's just at this location but at the end of our meal, I saw a sign advertising 99c Mimosa's, so that will NEED to happen next visit. The green chili is always super flavorful without being overly spicy and the hashbrowns have been my favorite part of my meal since my first visit. Be sure to order some toast so you can try the homemade jam too!
Doug's Diner is an absolute favorite of ours. Good food,great staff! Our meals are delivered in a timely fashion and we've never had a problem with getting seated in good timing as well. It does get busy and everyone works efficiently to ensure a good visit. I would highly recommend eating here. Our favorite is The Cowboy! Yum!! Hometown cooking with fair pricing.
Breakfast and lunch are both delicious. The biscuits and gravy are amazing, potatoes are delicious, and the buffalo burger with jalapeno jam is perfect. Fries are excellent and their homemade ranch is decadent. Definitely a staple for us me!

Amazing food as always. You must ask to try the jalapeño jam it is the best ever. Our waitress Ariane was the sweetest ever so helpful and knows her stuff. Hope you all enjoy as much as we did.
My wife & I like thier food. We will go here periodically and share a meal. Very good tasting food as well as good portions. However the past two times we have went, the service has not been so attentive as well as they appear to be cutting back on their portions. I would encourage them as a business to rethink this strategy.
There's a specific server there that seems to be on top of it every single time he's working a shift there and after having about 3 great experiences thanks to him, I have to give him the credit he deserves. I think his name was Noah? He wears glasses and he had a cool Zelda hat on once. He's a gem and he gives the best service hands down. He's always got the friendliest and most welcoming attitude, he smiles the whole time, and he will pick up the other servers slack if other tables need something when he isn't even their server. Dougs is lucky to have him. I ate there twice last week and was happy to have him as our server Friday. 20% isn't a good enough tip for him anymore. Hes getting 50% from me from here on out. He has the most energy and friendliest attitude. He makes my day, makes sure we have everything we need, and he checks on us more than once. He doesn't leave anyone hanging. He's constantly in the dining room checking on his tables and he's so awesome at his job! Make sure you show him lots of appreciation, he makes your restaurants atmosphere so much brighter! You're awesome noah/Zelda hat dude!!
Good coffee, good food and good service. I had huevos rancheros. The meal was superb.
