This place sucks. Last time we went there they completely forgot half of our order and we did not notice until we were on the highway headed out of town. When I attempted to call them to let them know what happened no one answered the phone for DAYS. Eventually I just gave up and stopped trying to contact anyone. That's the second time this has happened so it's the last time we will ever be eating there

Wow. Maybe it was the one we went to but everything was pretty bad. The chicken tacos had a weird bitter after taste, the beef tacos were grainy and tasteless and the bean and cheese burritos were a smashed tasteless glob of brown. Do better Del Taco, do better
I really dislike having anything to add that is of any negative effects. But as of recent a couple of visits haven't set well with me. One of which a sign was posted informing customers that the lobby was not going to be available on said day due to being understaffed. I chuckled as I among many others have managed or been employed at similar establishments. Common sense alone will tell you that by sending all of your customers through the drive through isn't making any extra bodies available. It only stresses the single order taker to pull the weight of what typically three registers would be responsible for. Elongating the waiting time to have completed the orders. Causing long obstructing of traffic lines in wait. Also consider the patrons whom lack the ability to place an order at the drive through due to bicycle, bus, walk, etc. I would argue this point for all around efficiency. One less employee on the fryer or assembly area and one extra to tend to the lobby orders. Also have encountered cash only moments that last a full shift or greater. Due to card reader malfunctions. Granted this is expected but rarely not as often as I have encountered here at the Del Taco. On the bright side the strawberry shakes are deliciously refreshing and made with real strawberries for a win/win. Oh and Kudos to the female I always complete my physical transaction with as she is always at the window. Del Taco give her a raise. ?
They constantly close early and take their sweet time right before closing to avoid taking peoples orders that were in the drive thru line well before they closed. They have been doing this for months now. And if they are open they keep the “open” sign in their window off once 6pm comes around. Worst fast food restaurant in Greeley.
Mother of God. These people hate food.No salt on fries... What goes on fries? SALT. PLEASE.My burrito had no cheese in it eitherLastly, I'm Diabetic and they failed to give a Diet soda.. they are asking to be sued.Don't trust these people to feed you.
Horrible place to definitely work at. Only worked here for two days and other staff started whispering badly mind u all I came from JBS. An not everyone can learn front and drive thru at the same time I can barely get the abbreviations down Now am getting ignored to get the two days am owed. An they wonder why they can't keep employees
Food was hot and delicious. Service is always good and the inside is clean. Wish we had Del Taco back home!
We love the Taco deal days but also this is just a cheap easy place for tacos & burritos that never really disappoints. We’ve never had an issue with ordering or with our meals, last night however we came across an issue with our DoorDash through the Del app and Balinda the assistant manager working made it right on their end which we can’t thank enough. We will remain happy customers and support and recommend this location ??
Ordered 4 del tacos and was charged for them but got 4 small regular tacos and ordered a macho beef burrito and got the smaller regular beef burrito. They are going downhill
Del Taco has a little bit of everything on their menu so everyone is sure to find something they like. They even have vegetarian options. Fish tacos are so good.
