Staff are smiling and very nice to us, food is great! The the jus needs a little oder eliminating cleaning.

So Sad you go to a business and spend good money on food to get trash. Onion rings burnt and chili cheese dog with no cheese and the chili so dry you couldn't even eat it. Asked the girl at the window if they were sure to put cheese on them this time and she assured up they did. Nothing at all on it. Don't waste your money. These employees were more concerned about going out partying than helping the customers. Listened to them all while sitting at the drive through.I would post a pic if it allowed me to but can't get it to allow it.
Picked up some Flurries which were delicious. They were busy, as expected, but got good service.
Holy schneiky!! Other than an excessive $$$$ factor...I mean egregious at best..the staff were chill, super fast, and the hamburger was probably one of the best I've had...Our shake had enough sugar to run Charlie's chocolate factory for at least the next 5 years..Overall chill experience and worth the fundage 4 sure
MARVELOUS ALL THE WAY AROUND IN MY OPINION. THE REASON I DIDN'T GIVE 5 STARS IS BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT BUT IF I'M RATING ON MY EXPERIENCE THERE THEN 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!!! KEEP UP THE GREATNESS!!!!!! :)
Very disappointed.. my husband and I come to dairy queen regularly and this is an almost everytime issue of us not getting what we asked for. If I pay for extra Graham Base it's because I want it. I usually will go have them remake it but I had school in 15 minutes and didn't have time to go back to get it fixed like I have to most of the time we go there.. It's frustrating when it's more than just a once or twice time issue...
Wow! This DQ is VERY popular! The drive through line had a line a cars in the street just waiting to get on to the property! I parked and went inside. Staff are very busy, but also welcoming and friendly. When it comes to cleaning the seating area, the staff are immediately ON IT! No trash, no dirty tables or cushions. What amazed me was how organized and efficient this store is. Orders had numbers for waiting, but were also organized according to size and complexity of the order. I was back in the order-waiting line, but my simple, dipped cone came up quickly. It was stacked high, and a delicious treat. The staff team worked like a team, and a well-oiled machine. NOW I see why this DQ is so popular! I'll be back to try their new burger lineup, and another yummy treat! Very highly recommended.
It was pretty close to closing time we pulled up and heard a big sigh "welcome to dairy queen order when ur ready" we ordered a 6 PC tender basket a banana split and Carmel cheesecake blizzard had to repeat the drink large sprite 4 times she kept asking what the drink was after the forth time she got it. The guy at the window was nice. We got home the food was cold the toast wasn't toasted they just threw white bread in and the last of the fries they could scrape up! The banana split didn't even have the correct amount of icecream the blizzard had very little cheesecake in it and no Carmel!I understand it was close to closing time but the last customer should b treated like the first! Sorry dq will go eleswhere
We were greeted at the door with fantastic service!! Great quality food. The ice cream was amazing. 10/10!!
