Food seemed overcooked for both my wife and I. My chimichanga was fried too long and this was dry internally. My wife’s salmon was to be cooked medium and was quite close to well done. Salsa seems as if it came out if a container or jar, not very fresh seeming. Wait staff was wonderful and very attentive and responsive.
It was group of 7. We had an absolutely amazing time. Our server was positive and very attentive to our needs. Wonderful sense of humor. Perfect evening
Coyote's is a good restaurant. We came for lunch and it seems to be the hopping place for local business men and women on lunch breaks. We were in tshirts and jeans and seemed a little underdressed for the clientele even though I know the dress was appropriate for the establishment.Anyways, service for lunch was fast and attentive. We mostly liked the dishes that we got. The avocado taco plate was really good...a sude of the crispy Brussels sprouts where really good...The side dishes of black beans and cilantro rice was good.The least favorite dish we had was the chile lime tacos...everything about it was kind of dry...especially the chicken. The flavor was OK, just overall dry.I am new to Greeley and have tons of other places I'd like to try, so it will be a while before I come back, but I'd still give it another go as there are other things on the menu I would like to try.Its unfortunate that the compitition is fierce here in Greeley for mexican/southwest restaurants, as I believe in a different market this could be a standout establishment.For lunch the value is pretty good. 2 taco plates, a small side and a coffee, we got out at about 14$ per person.
We were met at the door by a not so friendly hostess when we arrived for a Mother's Day meal. She rudely asked if I was a mother (as if I needed to be one to be there! ). She didn't look like she wanted to work that day. Or maybe she's like this everyday?!! The waitress was outstanding but the food subpar. Not real Mexican food nor Tex-Mex. But the ambiance was nice. Not sure I'd go back again and for sure I would not recommend the restaurant to others.
We always enjoy our meals. Large menu to choose from. Fair prices.
Our waitress, Sophia, was exceptional. She was very attentive and accommodating. Wish there was a Coyote Southwestern Grill near our home!
We went to Coyotes for our early Mothers Day celebration. Our server was very attentive and all our food was very warm. The food is always tasty and the staff is friendly.
