They had Pibb. The cashier was SUPER nice and I was soooo excited to finally find Pibb in Colorado. I'm here working and have it all the time in Kansas City

If you know what to order, they make some excellent burritos. Plus, the staff is exceptionally welcoming and nice.I'd recommend a barbacoa burrito with queso added on.
Ordered online for pickup and got there a good 10-15 minutes after the pickup time. Our order wasn't even made yet so had to wait even longer. Once we got our food it was pretty much just rice and everything else was rationed like they ran out of food or something. All rice barely any chicken and everything else, kinda ridiculous that I even paid money for it. This is the second experience like this at a chipotle, and hopefully they raise there standards by time I visit again.
They have pollo asado all over the TV & none at this location. Then I get the chicken they h.ave & it's ice cold. The person making the food doesn't know what he was doing. Now instead of enjoying my food I'm warming it up like leftovers
It's real hit or miss here, the location sucks unless you live in Garden City, parking sucks but it's kept clean and the staff is usually pretty friendly. Because it's the only Chipotle in Greeley, it can get really really busy during peak hours.
Horrible customer service. Don't go to this location, just read the reviews below! Manager doesn't care either, I have to file a complaint with corporate unfortunately.
As far as Chipotles go this one gets a meh, the beef is either dead on and great or super chewy clumpy extra fat and bland it really doesn't have it in between it's either horrible or average Chipotle so three stars is the best this place gets
Ate lunch here on 3/9/21, ordered a steak bowl. The food was good. Ended up with severe food poisoning and almost had to go to the hospital tho from it. Won’t eat at another chipotle again in my life.
