Cassie was phenomenal! She gave the best recommendations for food options and had a great attitude. She brought the food out piping hot and made sure eveything was how I ordered it. The honey chipotle chicken tenders are #1 so make sure to give them a try. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I did a curbside order. I was there earlier than it said it would be ready but my order did come out fast. My drive home was only about 5 mins. Unfortunately, once I was able to eat my food I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was either undercooked or really old and slimy and just tasted awful. The seafood pasta smelled and tasted like old rotting seafood. I love my seafood so it's not like I don't know it smells a little "fishy" but this was not just a fishy smell it smelled foul. It tasted foul as well. I'm extremely disappointed since my order was so expensive. I was only able to eat the black beans and the soup without gagging. Even the fries were old and soggy. Terrible experience at this location. I've always like chillis but I will never come back to the greeley location and I will not be recommending it.

I love Chili's!!! The Southwest Egg Rolls are the best!

The waitress was awesome!! The food was good, the place gave off an appearance of being less than clean., Floors and bathroom. The wall and floor, in the men's bathroom needs some serious repairs. It literally has some structural damage as it's bowed out. The floor has a large piece of tile missing in the same area which very likely could have bacteria of who knows what growing in it. It's a bathroom with a toilet. Keeping the restaurant public floor is clean and aesthetically acceptable makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Not trying to be a jerk, just some constructive criticism of what I'm sure other people are thinking. Business is too expensive and important these days to treat it as if you don't care about your facility for the people who visit it.

Food is great service is okay. They have food runners to spend more time with tables. Don't have any better service. Once I found a wax paper in my cookie. Next I found plastic in my broccoli. My stake was extra rare basically raw. Supposed to me medium well. I am tired of being disappointed.

Lots of vacant tables not bussed. Couldn't get a basic burger order correct twice. They were nice but when you have someone other than your server running food, it doesn't get checked before it reaches the customer. We won't be back for a while. Many people were complaining about the cold temperature. Had to eat with a coat on

Took the family and my daughter's friend out for dinner about 7pm on a Monday. By 730pm, the restaurant was extremely busy. Our waitress was very friendly, although a bit overwhelmed by the amount of tables she had to tend to. A few things were missed but that is to be expected with a very busy dinner service. Overall, we enjoyed our food and I would recommend this establishment.

I've never had a bad experience at the sit down at this Chili's the food is consistently good and the wait staff is always helpful I've only had a problem with curbside pickup they tend to not bring it out even after you checked in I have gone into the Chili's to get it seems to be faster

Went for Valentines day and our waitress Josie was not very good at all. I had my app coupon for free dessert but table kiosk wasn't working. She said I can't guarantee discount. So I forgot about the dessert. Then I order margarita chicken without rice and extra beans. It comes out with rice, when I tell our server she informed me it wasn't her fault and that 99% of these plates are made with rice. As if I was just suppose to forget about it. Never offered a new plate a discount anything. So in return I left NO tip. I have never in my life never not left a tip. But I guess their is a 1st for everything. Not impressed at all. Horrible service. Not a good choice for a special day that's for sure.

Came here on 2/26. Kitchen was extremely backed up. Totally understand a backed up kitchen, but what didn't make sense was not seating customers because of it. We were stuck in the lobby for 45min. Seat your customers, offer them some drinks and chips!
