Love the chicken every time. Had a pretty big order and got home. Everything was correct. First time in a long time fast food from somewhere got it all right for us. Do wish they gave a little more sauce packets tho, other than that it was perfect.
Go here all the time. Food is always good and staff are friendly. I got a salad 07/14/22 to eat today 07/15/22. Has a strong spoiled smell. This has happened before but not often. Had to throw the whole salad away. Everything else I ordered was great.
Top notch service at a fast food restaurant. The deluxe crispy chicken sandwich had fresh vegetables and flavorful, juicy chicken. Although the drive through line looked long initially, the staff worked hard to be efficient and keep cars moving. They stood outside in the hot sun and kept smiling and happy attitudes.
I am rating my trip to the Greeley Chick-fil-A a 2 due to the fact that this Christian based fast food place had their employees out in 100 degree temperatures while all the managers were inside enjoying the AC ! You can tell the difference in levels of employees there by their name tags and I have yet to see any management out in the heat ! Why would they do this to our kids but not themselves with the heat radiating from the hot black pavement ? I will no longer have lunch at any Chick-fil-A - Christian's do not behave this way, poor kids !
Only 1 cashier. Took a while to place order. Interior has been updated but partitions were put up for "employee workspace" making the restaurant look cluttered. Employees were less customer focused and more involved with various tasks. A lot of people running around but not much attention to customers. Not the experience I have come to expect from Chick FIL A.
Hello Ken.I wanted to write you some feedback in regards to your store in Greeley. Specifically order #4954491 in which I didn't receive any of the items due to being told only a person who matches the gender of the online order may pick up. My employees were forced to buy their meals instead of use the app. I called the store of course because I was charged $28.00 and received nothing, unfortunately Mr Andrew Watson informed me that someone had indeed been given the food, most likely the wrong people, but that was after the excuse was given that the order could only be picked up by a female if the name on the mobile app was female. I guess us husbands and wives can't get our significant other something from Chick-fil-A anymore. On top of this abysmal customer service over $28 dollars I then asked Andrew for the name and address of someone I could write a letter of complaint regarding this interaction, he actually lied and said the owners name was Ken something and I had to correct him and tell him what the correct last name was. Very disrespectful or cunning on his part you can be the judge. Either way he is a very poor reflection on this particular store and chicfila as a whole. Please check the frequency that I visit the store using my email. It was the last time I will frequent this establishment and I will be leaving the corresponding review on Google maps tomorrow. People don't deserve to be lied to and stolen from especially over a meager $28.Mike Doty
The management has no regards for the safety of it customers or the general public. Today during lunch I counted 22 vehicles waiting for the drive thru. They were out in the street blocking all north bound traffic. I can’t understand why the Greeley PD doesn’t do something about this. It’s definitely a safety/obstruction violation which creates an unnecessary danger for the general public.
I used to come to this Chick-fil-A about once a week as a customer until I started delivering their food through DoorDash. It's like they go out of their way to be as disrespectful as possible to us Dashers. First, there is no parking anywhere in the lot, so we have to park on the other side of Panara, which is both rude to us and to them. Then, you get into the store and they give you the third degree about your order. You tell them the name (no problem) then they want to see it on your phone like you're trying to steal something. THEN they bark out orders "I need to SEE you hit confirm on the order."Nobody likes to be treated like a thief, and what the GM of this particular store fails to realize is we are not only delivering YOUR food to YOUR customers, but we are also customers ourselves. When you treat us like garbage we won't come back as either a Dasher or a customer. Somehow, every other restaurant in town treats us with respect, so why can't you?
Since Casper, Wy does NOT have a Chick-Fil-A anytime we go to place that has one we eat there for sure!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have a feeling it's a store policy and not the individual workers fault but as a Dasher coming into the store after I've been asked what the name is on the order (keep in mind the names on orders at this location are in no way visible and the only way for my to have the correct name would be to guess) after I repeat the correct order name I shouldn't be subjected to showing my phone to prove I really am a Dasher. It's offensive and unprofessional. I don't like being treated like I'm some kind of dishonest thief I feel borderline discriminated against as if I'm implied to be of some lower class because I'm a Dasher perhaps. I will not be eating here and I don't think others should. At least until more common sense can be used by the management in charge of such policies.
