I just went to Carls Jr. They took a long time to give me my order after they send to park and wait. When they finally came with my food, the bag was all wrinkled and greasy. To make matters worse my fries had a white hair.

Carl's juniors is overrated. I love the oreo shake but they wanted to charge me $2.49 for a cup of ice water when a dasani bottled water costs a $1.99
My wife and granddaughter had a couple of nice Rubber chicken sandwiches, they couldn't eat. because my wife discarded them, they said they were sorry, but that was it. Eaten here many times. Disappointed with this trip.
The food is good. Just don't be shocked if you're waiting 30 minutes for a dollar burger during a rush.
Very friendly staff! I had a problem with the app, and was charged double, so don't use the app lol. They helped me out at the drive-thru, thank you!
Staff is very friendly, food is same as every other franchise, I have a bad habit of showing up close to closing time and the great lady in the drive through was very friendly despite the time. Definitely one of the better fast food places around....
Food was good people were nice the prices were crazy two meals and jalapeno popper almost 30 bucks
The workers couldn't be bothered with helping us. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while employees (including the manager) just pretended we weren't there. No "I'll be with you in a minute", nothing. We ended up leaving and going someplace else that did actually want our business.
Best burgers in the area, during our time here our burgers were made to order and fresh.
They are always friendly in the drive thru. I like the chicken tenders. I wish they had better sauces though
