I went to pick up my order, was waiting at counter for just a few minutes.. then out of a room behind the counter came a lady that asked if I needed something?? She was VERY Rude, I said I’m here to pick up an order. And then she spoke to me once again very rudely, and said That’s why I’m asking., very rude inconsiderate person whom I think was a manager!! I will NOT be returning to this location at all!! I’m in the customer service industry and have been in management for over 25 years, and if I found out my management team acted that unprofessional and with a horrible attitude I’d fire them.. if she doesn’t like her job, or if she was busy and I was a bother to her then wow!!! She was so rude she walked away from the counter and had someone else finished up handy my order!! WILL Not be back.. and I will let my friends and family know how I was treated.. and she made me feel very embarrassed!! Shame on you..
We stopped here to eat. It was busy with the hockey game. Got seated 3 adults 1 child. Waited 20 minutes for someone to take drink orders and nothing. Waved at 3 of the waitress and they walked right passed our table. Waited another few minutes and finally got one of them to stop after watching them (4) give drinks and refills/food to every table around us in the section we were in. She said it wasnt her table but will tell someone. Waited another 15 minutes and not one of them came to get drinks. We decided to take our business elsewhere. On the way out I asked one of the waitress (who I saw working our section) if she was working our section her reply was no I'm not to which I asked why she was taking food and drink orders to the tables around ours and she changed her answer to yes I'm working that section. Tried to tell us she would be over after she delivered the refills (1) cup in her hand. We left.
Came in and had to switch tables due to poor service. Sat at bar with Mathew and he was the best server/bartender I have ever had. Completely saved the experience and was a great mixologist. As an executive chef and gm myself I tried to steal him. Fantastic experience. If you come in ask for Matthew
We visited the Greeley location today. The hostess was not very pleasant when we arrived. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get seated even though there were over 15 empty tables between the dining area and the bar. Then to top it off we had to seat ourselves in the bar even thought we were told the bar was not open seating when we arrived. Then watched two groups walk in and seat themselves, why are there different standards for different people.I am so unhappy about how this location has gone down hill. It used to be one of my favorite places to visit, now I will just have to find another.Fyi, I am still waiting to place my order.
The food was really bad. Brisket sandwich was very disappointing!! There was no meat on the sandwich. Talked to manager and he said it was per weigh. All that was on on mostly wad coleslaw. Didn't want to make it right at the time wanted to give a credit !! Very unacceptable the service was lousy I understand that they were short-handed they should not try and give you second hand food and charge you $13 for something that's not even worth $2
Walked in and asked to be put on the waiting list. They never asked for a name and after waiting the amount of time they said it would take, they said they never put us on the list and would have to wait 45 more min.
We had a terrible experience. We are loyal customers and we won't be patronizing the Greeley Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. My husband's order of wings were supposed to be extra crispy and he ordered 30 wings since he likes to take them home and eat on them for a few days. The wings with salt and vinegar had the seasoning just dumped and coated on one side, same with the one's with sauce. Not to mention just one of his wings were hot and the rest were cold, even the bone was cold. I ordered the small boneless wings and they came out 10 minutes after my husband's wings. My wings were cold as if they were stored in a refrigerator. So unappetizing. The waitress asked if we needed anything and my husband said boxes, and told her the food was cold and we would cook the food properly at home. She came back with boxes, no apology, no offering a solution. We can do a better job with our air fryer. If I were the Manager or GM of this store, I would be appalled at the level and quality of service in and out of the kitchen. Please take pride and excellence in your restaurant. The drinks and pretzels were good, that is why I gave 2 stars. What a shame..boo
So I used to love BWW and now it’s just hit and miss. I have had really dry wings, crumbs no meat, shorted on count, but today my wings were dry and had a weird mint flavor to them. I thought it was just me but everyone that ate them agreed. At this point I am hoping I don’t get sick over what I did eat. I have called and spoke to the manager in the past and she was great but good customer service doesn’t make good food. I didn’t call this time because I figure you can only complain so many times. I now have free wings in my app that I may not use. Just disappointed!
Ordered a to go order ahead at 9 am to be picked up at 6:20 pm. Got there at around 6:35 and waited about 10 minutes just to be greeted then waited another 15 minutes for my order, so the order was about 40 minutes late. There was a family behind me that waited 15 minutes just to be seated. Food was decent but service wasn’t great overall.
I usually would be very pleased when I eat wings, however this time here I wasn't very pleased. The wings were very dry and I had some unusually small wings in the mix. On top of all that the waitress didn't appear to be wanting to work this day.
