I am a frequent customer of blackjacks pizza. I order a couple of times a week. Today i was extremely disappointed. I ordered from the store on 16th and my pie got here an the middle of the pizza didnt have any cheese on it and was burnt. And parts of a few other slices didnt have cheese on then. Called the store back an spoke with a manager. Was told that they would send another one out and they would swap the pies. Which was fine with me. But i have to wait again for another pizza to be sent out. Can definitely say wont be ordering from this location again.
It’s pretty sad when the associates at the West 10th location think it’s okay to mock customers that are simply coming in to pick up an order. Completely unprofessional and the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I highly suggest that if you are going to talk badly about a customer, at least go to the back or wait until they leave. The three young gals up front thought it was okay to talk about me right in front of my face.
Ordering was a pain. It took way too long and we had to repeat the order several times. But it was ready close to the pick up time and was all correct. It tasted good too! The price can't be beat.
You're really like blackjack pizza and it's one of our favorite places to go too. I like to come here when we need a quick bite to eat and I usually do carry out since it does not take very long to get our pizza.
Check your orders. Today we put in our order for pick up, grab'd our pizza and drove home. We sat at our table with our kids, our wings smelled burnt, we open it up and they're charcoal? then we open one of our pizzas and found a hair?Called the store and they said they'd make us new wings and pizza, but we lost time driving back to the store. Definitely will not be going back. After so many years ordering from our favorite place?Open your orders before you drive off!
Just picked up my order,got home and one of the pizzas was not made to order. Why would the app have the option to build your own pizza if they are not going to follow directions. And i left a decent tip.
Blackjacks is the best in town!!! The pizza is amazing ? you should give it a try!! Recommend it to anyone who loves pizza!!
I love the pizza here! We order from Black Jack often. Its my favorite pizza place. Great deals and aside from the pizza that I've ordered with too many toppings that shifted a bit ( my fault I was warned) I've had great pizzas! And they have cream cheese as a topping! It is delicious!
Text club invitation was sent out to previous customers. I accepted and was sent a link to a code for a buy one get one pizza free offer for this store. However, attempts to use the code were constantly met with Coupon Invalid prompts even though I'm copying the coupon code verbatim into the coupon section of the website.I'm very disappointed with this experience as instead of having meals for 2-3 days, I'm now scrambling with an incoming snowstorm/significant cold weather to improvise a few days worth of meals. This one star review will remain until resolved.
This is double pepperoni. Man oh man bring back the double topping if I ordered it.
