We were looking forward to delicious ice cream and they locked the doors 30 min before closing. Very disappointing experience.
Wearing no gloves just have melted ice cream all over their hands dipping away at all buckets disgusting.
I called Tuesday Sept. 14 about 6pm to place a specific order to pick up Friday Sept. 17th for my daughters mermaid theme birthday party. I got to the store to pick up my order time and day I said I would and there was no order. Very frustrating. I usually go to Dairy Queen but thought I’d give this store a try. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Very bad customer service and very unprofessional service
Bought what was supposed to be an Oreo ice cream for a birthday party. When we cut into it, was cookie dough. Called to see if they could do a refund or some kind of credit and they said that we had to bring the uneaten cake back with the reciept. I guess they expected us to stop the Birthday party and run across town to exchange the cake out and leave everybody wait for their mistake. No thanks. Just won't use them again.
