This location is a joke. If you’re looking for a nice , family friendly place to go too, this is not. the employees are 17 and younger and it shows. they sit and talk about boys and things that aren’t relevant to work with customers in store and in line. they act like us paying customers are a burden to them, and do not get me started on their worker Jane. completely unprofessional , rude , ignorant , and down right does not care , when i was in there the other day, i heard her not only talk to one customer rude but an employee too. The managers aren’t any better either , they don’t take complaints seriously , and not to mention once again, how lazy the workers there are. I highly do not recommend this place if you’re planning on continuing a good day.

Saturday around 12pm- fast service & bread was delish! Ordered a buffalo chicken & it was Devoured! Yum!
110% would not recommend.Complete operational breakdown by both company and store location.-Ordering process was horrendous with a different form for every menu item ordered that had to be filled out by the customer.-Cost of a sandwich, salad, and a couple shakes was $38-Customer name called up for picking up each individual item by each individual party member creating much unnecessary movement.-When no forks could be found on premises, it was suggested to eat the salad with hands before a spoon and knife were scrounged up.-Strawberry shake cups were both coated with sticky ice cream layer on the outside and served with undersized straws.-Toilet seat and paper towel dispenser were both broken beyond use.-Garbage can opening was the size of a small coffee cup, most trash for the meal will not fit through opening.Food was basic, but not worth the price. Save your money, try a different place to eat.
I went in when it wasn't to busy with a couple of family members. It was incredibly smoky I'm not sure if the ventilation works properly or not. After receiving a partial amount of our order after 20 minutes of waiting I went up to a worker named Jane who was incredibly rude and asked if we could get the rest of the order she was not helpful nor were the other employees. We left without the rest of our food because of how rude Jane was. I nor my family members who ate there today will ever come back. I don't recommend eating here if you're looking for friendly professional service.

First time visit. Delicious sandwich and fresh fries. Big enough to split. We will go back!
Which Wich is an interesting concept. I prefer to order online and pick it up because I feel like the system with the bag in the store causes me too much anxiety! ;-) And, if you are in their rewards program, you end up getting free things and special offers. The sandwiches are great, but they are a little more expensive then your traditional sub place. The best value is on Wicked Wednesdays! The Wicked is also a great sandwich, so at $5 each, it's a great deal! Who knew taking a photo of a sandwich could be so hard? It tastes better then my photo looks!
