The food was normal for Wendy's 5-6/10 but the service was pretty bad. We had to wait 10+ minutes to order, they got one of my coworkers orders wrong twice(plain burger with cheese) forgot an order for over 20 minutes and were out of almost everything.
Slowest drive thru I've been to in years. Not only is it understaffed, but they don't even try to go halfway fast. Didn't give me ketchup I asked for, wrong sauces, and it want even busy just pathetically slow
Slow and not even busy. Messed up my order! Left charged for items requested but weren’t put in the bag. Every single item from the chicken sandwich to the fries were stale, dry, and cold. Get it together y’all.
I genuinely do not understand how the late night service is consistently horrible. Generally speaking, the breakfast shift team is awesome. Although, the lunch, and night shift teams are nothing short of pitiful. They always manage to get something wrong, it takes 30 minutes to receive your food even though there are 5-6 cars in front of you. Additionally, they have managed to give me the wrong order 4 times in a row. I too believe we should give less than competent individuals jobs (this should be obvious to management), but this is getting ridiculous.
Horrible experience, waited 20 minutes and no food. The staff all seemed high and were wiping their noses while handling food. We kept asking how long and they said the chicken still hs to cook. They messed up the previous persons order also and no one else was in the restaurant. Then what appeared to be a manager arrive and walked and started handling stuff without the asking his hands. Horrible service and very unclean and un hygienic staff. We left after about 39 minutes without getting our food!
Place was filthy. Doors, bathroom, chairs, floor, tables were slapdash wiped but not clean. Nice staff was having an employee meeting. Should have been deep cleaning the place.
Not that fast food is ever great, but Wendy's used to taste better. The buns were overly sweet, and "where's the beef!" The burger patty was dry and pretty small.
Slowest drive through ever. Ended up pulling out of line after 15 minutes waiting for a order of 6 nuggets. Staff seemed not to know what to do.
This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to, currently in line and been waiting for 50 minutes for 2 baconators. I was 3rd in line. The staff rotate out on smoke breaks when the line is 10 cars long. Super incompetent service, hire a whole new staff. They handed out someone else's order to us and got ours wrong. When the food finally got to us, it was cold. As someone who has worked in food service, it's pathetic to see a "fast-food" restaurant in this state of operation. The manager had to come to the window every time an order came out.
The Wendy's was super slow tonight. They were running on a skeleton crew of only three people for the whole restaurant. I was able to speak with two of the three employees and they were both cheerful and pleasant to speak with and running around like crazy. Our food came out hot and everything was correct in our order. Even though it took a long time I was very impressed with the young men working there.
