The 4 for 4 has went down in quality taste like yucky McDonald's burger. No vanilla ice cream. Floor sticky. The real tea you make not the soda stuff is good! Go back to your nice burgers.
They say and chatted for 15 mins with no other customers in the store but us. We finally went to the counter, whereupon they fetched our meal (now cold). I had to go back to the counter and ask for my dressing and pecans for my salad. A 12 year old boy was the only one behind the counter helping while the employees chatted and ignores us. Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever.
Slowest fast food.The manager seem to be everywhere doing a bit of everything. There is no way a quick meal would take that long to cook and serve. At one point there were at least 5 employees in the drive thru window section visiting. I was waiting at the counter to ask a question and all employees ignored the counter and guests. No wonder the drive thru line was wrapped around the building.
Today when I drove up I don't know what happened but the line took 15 minutes to move up, and then when I got to the speaker box they said the will be right with me. And another 5 minutes went by. This suppose to be considered fast food. That's not fast. Once I drove up they gave me my frosty and drink, but then after that it took them another 3 minutes to get my food. I was not impressed. I understand with staffing issues but come on. And telling a customer they can't say the number combo they got, to me that's alittle wrong. Say the number and then the burger name. If they are training people then they need to have one person greet the customer. Talk to the customer and put in the order. While another person man's the window. The food was great just the service needs work.
Water on floor around ice machine which was a fall risk especially for the elderly. Ice machine overflowing. Some of staff with dirty jeans and unkept looking. I wouldn't go back. I understand your hiring anyone because there is such a need. Being a manager would be a challenge! Thanks to those that were clean.
Waiting for 40 minutes for our food. They were understaffed which I get, but the manager franny was walking around doing nothing. She was in the office most of the time eating not helping her staff. Then when she was asked to speak to the upset customers she locked the door with everyone still in the lobby so no one can come in. She then said the cashier who didn't know how to work the register was not new he's just kitchen staff. She should never be leading anyone and what she did was illegal.
The absolute slowest "fast food" in town. Every time we're in the drive thru it takes SOOO long. Today we went and were "prepared" for it to take a long time. But, after 25 mins we again exasperated! They need to hire a Chick-fil-A consultant. That place can have a line wrapping twice around the building and still get my food faster. Do better.
By far the worst Wendy's in the valley. Doors were locked so we pulled into the drive through. After a couple minutes someone came over the intercom and said "We'll be with you in a minute" and after another 5 minutes still no one took our order. I'm honestly surprised this store is still open because they're customer service is terrible.
Who ever took my order today inside of Wendy’s was extremely rude. They rolled their eyes at me and even shook their head at me for absolutely no reason at all. 2 stars because the salad was pretty good.
I've been here multiple times. If I have to eat fast food, it's usually a Wendy's and this one is the one I'm close to.most often. It's a conaistantly slow place, idk if they are understaffed or what but you can expect to wait for no less than 20 minutes when going through the drive through. My orders are never right, fry's are almost always cold. It's a bad Wendy's. Avoid it if you can. Two stars because the workers are polite and nice, but it would be 1 otherwise.
