It’s been a long time since we ate here! Wasn’t to long of a wait for the table. The front of house was very welcoming and apologetic about waiting 5-15mins. Kameron was our waiter he was very attentive and always came back to check on our table in perfect timings. He did great with how busy he was calm like it was nothing. Nice, professional, clean waiter and restaurant. Thank you. Was our first time eating out with our 6week old he slept through whole thing but was a great experience and much needed mini family date! Food was amazing as well of course!

Great restaurant. The first time you go, you’ll be impressed. Very reasonably priced (coming from the front range here). Tasty, juicy steaks, big portions, very friendly service. What casual family American dining used to be like before rich towns, fine dining, and inflation took over everything. Inflation has not reached Grand Junction apparently. We liked it so much we went back a few nights later. Then what you notice is how salty everything is. The ribs are among the best I’ve ever had. True to advertising, literally melt off the bone. But everything is extremely salty. The baked potato was completely coated in salt. The dry rub was very salty. Once in a while it’s fine, it’s all belly filling delicious, but the food is very salty. Still, big thumbs up.
Used Call-ahead seating and only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. The server, "PM Bar", was really good. Don't recall her name. She was attentive and always met our needs. One Prime rib was perfect at medium rare, the other at medium well had to be sent back for a bit more cooking. Otherwise, everything was hot, tasty, abd very plentiful. Will always patronize Texas Roadhouse. It's a superb restaurant.

Delicious food and wonderful service! The ribeye was juicy, flavorful, and the mushrooms just added another layer of yumminess!
Saturday afternoon, excellent service, it was busy, however our waitress was so cool, she kept the bead and butter coming till our food came. We semi planned out for a birthday & they really came through with arranging a group of 12 sitting together! Thanks for a great birthday , food & service! Chicken salad was great!
If your looking for a no frills steak dinner this world be where you can go. The food here is consistent, I've always had my steak cooked how I like, medium rare. They are a friendly staff, and I've never had a bad time while going here. Also, take out is a breeze with the to go order window!
Update from my last review.Went in around 430 on a Wednesday afternoon for our regular date dinner. The restaurant was about 1/3 full with older people than us, having dinner. It took about 30 minutes to get our food, which isn't normal for a slow early dinner like it was. Then I got steak fries which were stale like they had been sitting in the fryer basket or under the heat lamp waiting for orders. I sent them back once and got the same quality of fries the second time. Maybe the fryer guy was sick yesterday or just made to many fries for the 4 pm "rush". Either way, wasn't too happy. The chicken fried chicken was good but the broccoli was also over-microwaved. The server was not excited to be there also, I'm guessing. Asked me as she was clearing dishes if I wanted a different side instead of stale fries. It was a little late by then. We learned not to go in that early for dinner again.
Extremely disappointed both with this location and Texas Roadhouse as an organization. One of their employees (a host) placed 6-12 hairs under the butter and sour cream in a potato that I was then served while dining in. Both the wait staff and the hosts seemed to find the incident pretty funny. I wouldn’t know how management felt because after multiple attempts to reach them through their website, email and social media, I never even got so much as a phone call or apology email. I fully believe that the reason I never heard back is because this is both an acceptable and trained behavior in this location and possibly as a corporation. I also reported this disgusting incident to the Mesa County Health Department. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE ELSE CONSIDERING IT!The most disappointing part of this entire episode is I pointed out to management the employee who not only put the hair in the food but then bragged socially about doing so. All they had to do was take care of their employee issue by reviewing their own video or reaching out and telling me they were reviewing it. After a full month of giving them the opportunity to take care of it before leaving a review it is clear they are are not correcting it because doing gross things to peoples food is acceptable to their organization.I have added photos so you can see the disgusting hair.
Delicious burgers, ribs, and flavourful, perfectly cooked steak. We also love the rolls and sweet butter. The brownie and ice cream were also delicious. We've never ordered anything there we didn't like. Even the salad is delicious with the best croutons! We join the wait list ahead of time online and never have to wait long.
