The best taco bell i have eaten all day!

Ordered a beef chalupa. They were out of beef, all good, decided on a chicken quesadilla instead.They gave me a chicken quesadilla that looked like it was crumpled up like a piece of paper. I was the only person they were waiting on and it was an hour and a half until close. Thought it was extremely rude. I’ll avoid this Taco Bell.
It was pretty good although they didn't have what I wanted the cashier did infact list off several different items very similar to what I wanted turned out to be very good
This was my first time eating here and had to leave work early due to throwing everything up a couple hours after eating lunch.
Absolute gridlock in the parking lot during lunch hour. People waiting over 30 minutes to get their orders. Orders being skipped over due to system issues.
We come here about once a month. We've never even had a mistake in our order. We order in the app and pick it up, which allows us to have rewards of free food. I like the Cravings Box and we tried the White Hot Ranch Fries (veggie version in the photo), which were good and HOT (spicy).
Really good food nice family place super sweet and helpful staff! Kudos guys! Great job!
Came in late but staff was still energetic and great. As a huge plus the food was on point too.
