So just got back from this subway for the 2nd time in 1/2 hour. Tried to order on-line, thought it would be faster and easier. Got home and my sandwich had no meat or cheese on it. Bread was toasted as requested. Boggles my mind. Had to go back and get another sandwich. Comped me 3 cookies and offered a small drink, but I took a large one. Have had nothing but issues at this particular store. Have to say I am done. Get better service at the one on North.

My wife and I had dinner at this Subway. I spilled my drink the second I sat down. When I asked for a towel to clean it up a young man spoke up and said “no sir! I will get that cleaned up immediately!” I soon found out his name is Kevin. He did as promised and promptly mopped the floor and cleaned the table. All with a smile. Thank you Kevin for the making that mishap a phenomenal experience!
Made all of our sandwiches wrong in one way or another but did offer to give us a free cookie. Lol

Quick and easy - it's a Subway
Every time I order for a pick up I have an issue. The first time they swapped the breads for the sandwiches we ordered. This time my sandwich looked like this picture. Completely just shoved in the bag. I didn't think that they came in bags. Last time it was wrapped with foil and Subway paper. I have worked at Subways several times and this would not have met my standards at all being a night shift supervisor. Pick up orders should be made just like the person is there ordering it.
