In a pinch, hungry, and concience in mind, went to the new subway in Orchard Mesa. The parking lot set up is weird, not easy flowing off the hwy. We ordered a salad ((took forever)) & tbh i couldnt even eat it.. $15 for a carboard bowl of soggy lettuce. Not worth your time, frustration or money. Next time, going with Jimmy Johns, they deliver for the same money , two times the food and fresh!!
We were excited to see they had built a new location and with a drive thu but if you're heading into Grand Junction it's a little inconvenient to get to, today my wife decided to go get a couple of sandwiches and decided to give the drive thru a try a very new experience at Subway which wasn't as easy as she had hoped, the menu is very confusing and when she asked for help the worker couldn't help because he said he had never used the kioskUnless you train your employees on how to help customers in the drive thru order you might want to shut the drive thru down before you lose to many customers.
Picked up sandwich, which was lacking several of the ordered items. Phone number provided online and thru the app did not work, and staff was very unfriendly when asked for a replacement. Very poor customer service.
I got the chicken bacon ranch 6” meal and I got guacamole on my sandwich because I’ve never had it at subway before and I got home tried it and it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like melted plastic and had no good flavor. It was so smothered on my sandwich that I could only eat one side of the bread.. never had a problem with subway ever until now.. very disappointing..
Watched a girl count back change to a customer and then, without washing her hands, glove up and stick her hand into the spinach ? also they forgot my cookies lol
Great food and a worker names Shanie was great super funny and made it a great experience hope to her her again when we go back
It's hit or miss with the employees but the usually do a good job
Gluten free bun.
This location has a backwards policy. After waiting for the person in front of me to order I was told that I would have to wait until a large online order was completed before I could order my sub because the order came in before I arrived. Considering there was one person ordering when I walked in the online order couldn’t have been placed too far ahead of my arrival. The priority should be the people who are in your establishment waiting in line, not with people ordering online.
The counter help were great. Patient with me as I tried to figure out their Subway app for the deal. Buy 1 footlong get one at 50% was a bit complicated but got it done. Food was great!
