Lady at the cash register was rude. She was laughing and talking to the ppl in front of me but then seen me and my grand kids and turned really rude. "I am tattooed and peirced." The other chick making the coffee was nice.
I am updating my review on this location. Customer service is by far THE best when it comes to a Starbucks environment. Ashlynn and Alyssa always make it right when it comes to my drink orders, and they are ALWAYS happy to see people.I’m just not happy with Starbucks as a whole being okay and considering froth on the top of my latte as a “full” drink. Let alone me sending it back and requesting it to be filled and just adding extra ice to make my drink look full. Also the barista questioning the window on why it isn’t “full” as if the customer should be wrong.By all means I love that they honored my complaint and gave me my drink for free, but this doesn’t need to be a comfortable trend with iced drinks. I’ve also had friend get drinks 3/4 full and send me snaps or messages right away because that’s my only complaint I have about Starbucks, EVER.If I’m paying $6 for a 24 oz drink, I want at least 20 of those 24 ounces. I don’t need the drink trick of grande’s filling venti’s to be true. If you want to be a business and make more money, give ultimate customer satisfaction of knowing customers are getting what they are paying for.Below is a picture of me letting my drink sit for about 10 minutes without drinking it. Again, for $7 this isn’t justifiable.
Amazing service, drinks, & atmosphere! I feel welcomed and remembered everytime I stop by..( which is like everyday because they're the best in town in my opinion )I love this store of outstanding people! Thank you all for a great time all these years and for helping my caffeine addiction:)
Wow, the best customer service at a Starbucks I have ever received. The drink was great but wow, multiple people said hello, asked how I was and was just great!
They constantly get orders wrong . I had to have my drink remade twice. I was greeted with attitude both times from the staff, I was charged for add ons I didn't get, and when they finally got my drink right, they gave me a size smaller than what I ordered.
These guys remember who I am, remembered and reminded me of my mom’s birthday once, are always happy to fix orders that were messed up at the other stores and provide the customer service all other coffee shops are missing!
This place is absolutely disgusting. My girlfriend bought a drink from here and all she could taste was spoiled milk. She's feeling really sick after taking only one sip of the drink. They obviously don't care how old their milk is. What a shame. Do not go to this Starbucks I'm warning you.
Service was great and helpful. Clear and plain loud speaker in drive thru. Think his name was Matt.. But he was great.
The north avenue Starbucks employees don’t listen enough to follow simple directions. I try to order the caramel macchiato with espresso, they don’t even add the espresso. No real surprise anymore from that specific location.??♂️
I went to buy a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino she gave me a white looking drink I told her I had asked for a white chocolate mocha and she looked at me and said I will get you another one she brings me back the same drink just with no sprinkles on top. I tell her again what I had ordered and she said with an attitude this is the drink so I went to another Starbucks to get the correct drink when I tried the white drink she gave me it was a vanilla bean Frappuccino.
