I’m lactose intolerant and I like to get coffee before work. I mobile order it and a lot of the time they make my drink with milk instead of oat milk. I always get the same thing everyday. I don’t have time to tell them they made it wrong. It’s happened over 5 times as well. And one I went in to order and it took them 17 minutes to make my drink. But when I do have time do ask them to fix it the employees are always kind about it, that’s why I gave them two instead of one.

We are from texas, we came here to get our fix at about 7:34am. The gentleman at the window greeted with respect and he was fast & accurate with our coffee! Amazing! Thank you!
Our drinks were great & the staff at the counter was professional, but this one employee sitting out in the cafe, was extremely loud, and unprofessional. We left with our drinks due to her loud voice and loud conversation. I’m not sure if she has a hearing loss, but maybe management needs to teach her about an inside voice!
It can be a very busy location, especially in their drive thru however they are typically quite quick. My most recent vist, my wife's drink was unfortunately made incorrectly however one of the baristas immediately noticed what was wrong and quickly made the correct drink for us and she was exceedingly kind.
I ordered two secret menu drinks and a decaf caramel ribbon. They were patient and attentive when I was ordering the secret menu drinks and the ribbon was fantastic!
I was there today just 10 minutes ago (April 23 around noon) My drinks were amazing. The only reason I gave one star was because this one employee who may have been a manager I’m not sure. Her name tag says “NICOLE” she was extremely unprofessional and rude to another lady in front all customers in there and mind you, this is Saturday and the store is very busy. I understand having a discussion with your co workers. But the way she says it to the other lady shocks me. The other lady was shocked as well and kept asking her questions. She just said “you and I, we’re gonna need to have a talk”. What kind of manager are you treating your team like that in front of a whole store? Ridiculous.
This Starbucks is one of my personal favorites! I recently had been late to pick up my online order, and my drink was melted and my sandwich was cold. Annie immediately noticed, and offered me a redo with the drink and my sandwich!! Her employee Faith was also quick with action and made sure that I got my items redone immediately. I appreciate their hard work! They are a very friendly and understanding staff, and they are experts at what they do! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
What can't I say about the Starbucks on 25 road?? First of all, Devonna always knows what my wife and I like and always asks us if we are getting the usual. She is always so cheerful and you can hear it in her voice. Diane is always making us laugh and smile, she is so cheerful when we see her. These two are the reason we go to Starbucks every day.
I never go to Starbucks but decided to stop before my night shift. I didn’t even know what I wanted. Stephan was the absolute best! He helped me order a drink that I am now obsessed with. He was so sweet and kind. Stephan thank you for turning my night around and giving me a smile before my long shift.
