Service is prompt I get the caramel frappuccino with extra extra caramel and it is delicioso....
The older woman (some kind of supervisor)said after 3 pm they don’t make hot coffee. She ordered one of the young girls to make a fake coffee for me. What kind of coffee shop is that? Another time or several other times the coffee is just warm. The old lady that works there in the evenings said we have drainage problems we can’t make hot coffee. ( for years!) I usually just leave.If you’re getting off I-70 and want hot coffee go across the street to city market Starbucks, they always have hot coffee. It’s one thing if it’s every so often but this actually has been the same story for years. Plus the elderly woman fawn or vawn, that works there is rude to customers and the young kids that work there. One day, After I finished my warm to cool coffee, I went up to ask for water. I over heard the elderly woman who works there say ( what does she want now). Apparently asking for hot coffee made her upset. It was brought to the attention of the young manager but she didn’t seem to care either. I like most Starbucks they have good service and hot coffee. What’s the saying. One bad apple can spoil all the other apples.

I love this place! The staff here...they spoil me. What a wonderful, friendly, loyal group of people. A few have moved on but I seriously would like to get to know them personally! So very gracious and kind. Product is...what can I say? Starbucks is and has been my comfort food for decades My coffee. My soulmate. Sophia, Lillian, Natalie, David, Holdyn, I'm terrible with names but after the 100,000 people they take care of! They know my name and my voice. Special people I am loyal to!

It's Starbucks so same as every other one nation wide OK coffee service was quick but I'd rather have supported a local mom and pop shop
Didn't go to Star Bucks, but I've been to several. Always happy.
