Juicy, flavortown worthy experience. Fantastic every time! Brisket, pulled pork, comfort foods (mac-n-cheese / potato salad) very small menu. They only have the best available. They're friendly.. not stingy with the napkins or sauces and have an interesting location. Great food!
Only brisket I've ever had that made me consider it as competition to Franklin's. Stopped by on a cross country trip, sides were cold and we assumed that's how they served them. While eating staff ran up to us with a full box of brisket and pulled pork with a large side of beans apologizing for the cold sides. Owner even checked in on us. Had bbq from Michigan to Texas and everywhere in between, this is as good as any.
The smoke on the ribs and the bark on the brisket are amazing! All the meat was super moist. Super friendly staff made sure we had a great experience. Our family of 8 teens and adults left happy with full bellies. ?
Some of the best brisket and smoked bacon ends I have ever had. Quick service, and large portions. We did the 3 meat, 2 side plate and it feed 4 of us (2 teenagers) for lunch.
All the meats are good. All the sides are aweful. This is a place I go to get a rack of ribs or brisket, but I've had better baked beans from a can, potatoes salad came from a Sysco container.
Snooks Bottom cooked the pork loin absolutely perfectly for service to 350 people. I would recommend them any time for BBQ. Friendly and outgoing. My kind of folk! Not a sit-down restaurant but a food truck with picnic tables set around so you can relax and eat the delicious BBQ.
Delicious!! The sausage, brisket, beans and potatoe salad were delicious. For the brisket, the smoke and seasoning on the bark was spot on, we tried both the chopped and sliced. Sausage was slightly spicy with cheese in the filing. Potatoe salad was creamy and fresh, and their beans were savory not sweet. Will definitely be back.

Sides were bland and unappealing, brisket was half fat and gristle. Baked potato was undercooked and chopped strangely for presentation. Not likely to try again.
