The Pantuso is a fantastic, family owned and operated restaurant. They have a dining room or lounge (great for watching the NBA playoffs) so getting a table was a breeze. My son and I had the Veal Parmigiana and Chicken Parmigiana and both were delicious. Try their version of bolognese sauce - it’s unbelievable. It’s an inventive sauce with Italian Sausage. It is definitely not a traditional bolognese recipe as it is spicy, loaded with flavor. We had a great time chatting with the owner and her daughter. Definitely the best meal on the trip!

We enjoyed the great service we received, but we felt the food wasn't up to par. Probably our taste buds, but the sauce seemed a little bland. The cocktails were fantastic. I would recommend to try this place, could have been an off night.

Three of us. . Ordered spaghetti with marinara to split, and a pizza. It was just OK. I would have preferred softer French bread in a basket. They aren't so generous with bread. Give more pieces and it will save the servers trips. The marinara was eh. Not bad but bland. Different than a few years ago. Pizza was good but VERY spicy. The best thing was the dinner salad. New people, training going on. Everyone super nice. I hope they make it.

First time trying Pantusos. Went for a pickup order. Asked for chicken on my make your own pasta. There was not chicken and I paid for it. My meal was very dry and bland. Would not go back.

We're from out of town and wanted good Italian food, not a pizza place that also serves pasta. Found Ristorante Pantuso on Maps and checked out the reviews, at first we were concerned about complaints of price and one reviewer didn't find the booths clean. Our experience was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean, and being from SoCal, the prices didn't seem high at all (drinks, bread, salad, entree's and desert for 2 came out to $80). Also, when you consider quality over quantity, it's well worth it. We had the ravioli and lasagna, both were delicious. The food is made there and follows recipes passed down from the original owners (been in business 58 years). All of the flavors blended well without one flavor overpowering the others. The ravioli filling was creamy, but not mushy, and the portion (8) was perfect to leave me satisfied, but not uncomfortably full. The lasagna serving was more than my wife could handle. The cheese in the lasagna was very smooth, unlike some cheaper lasagnas that taste pasty, and it wasn't overdone with cheese to the point you can't taste anything else. All of the staff was extremely friendly (we've actually noticed people in Grand Junction are some of the friendliest, most courteous people we've encountered), and the owner was working that night. I hope the staff realizes the huge deal it is that the owner is working side by side with them, mixing drinks, serving, bussing, delivering checks, and all the while chatting with patrons. Our server was top notch and my only complaint is she hasn't yet tasted everything on the menu, so she couldn't offer an opinion on some dishes. As an added bonus, the night we were there, the original owners came in for dinner. It was awesome to see the current owner excited about the opportunity to share her experiences, and receive feedback on how well tradition is being carried on.

Super friendly staff and clean place. Had the artichoke dip appetizer, caramel apple Italian soda, and the days mixed raviolis. New favorite place of mine. (I miss the Italian soda right now)

Good was very good a very pleasant place to stop and have dinner dessert was divine

The front desk clerk at the nearby Residence Inn recommended this restaurant in the Clarion Hotel. We got a seat in the bar which is always our preference and had a very enjoyable meal. The bartenders were friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a glass of local wine and a very tasty Cosmo to start. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and my husband had the Milano Chicken Florentine. Both were absolutely delicious! We would go back in a heartbeat! Maybe even tonight!

We stayed at the Clarion and walked down to the restaurant and I'm so glad we did. We decided to eat at the bar, the bartender (maybe owner) offered two recommendations. We selected the Milano Chicken Florentine with a side grilled Caesar salad. We shared the meal as it was a lot of food. We contemplated adding lasagna. We could have had leftovers had we done that, but I'm so glad we shared. It was a lovely meal. Cocktails were also lovely.

We have been to this restaurant years ago and decided to visit for a large family dinner. It was fantastic. The atmosphere, food and service were all wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful experience
