We had a burger and a wrap. The food was good, but we had to ask for drink refills and wait awhile to get them. It wasn't busy at all and looked to be fully staffed.

Tonight was like any other night great service. We usually get great service and only a few times not so great but we usually yell them if they need work. However I think they should offer a veterans discount and seniors discount. I know many who would go if they offered even 5% for those that qualify. All in all its a great place with friendly staff and yummy food.
Gluten free, We visited the restaurant around 3:00 PM which is a perfect time it was not busy. Our food came out in 10min it was Hot a very fresh, it tasted soooo delicious. I took advantage of the bottomless Sweet potato fries.....
Awesome service and food! I have a gluten allergy and the staff was very knowledgable about gluten free food (the website was also helpful in this). The staff even brought out allergy friendly bottomless fries for me. Their gluten free bun is pretty good as wellm Laura, our waitress, was super friendly and took great care of us. We never had to ask for a drink or fry refill. 10/10 would visit this Red Robin again.
Passing through. Stopped for lunch. So fast, friendly & good. I was very pleased overall. The server was friendly, efficient and considerate. Great, great team they have here.
Food was hot and fresh and our server was tops. I've avoided RR for years because of terrible food and service. This was a pleasant change. The gluten free bun is actually good too.
We ordered food to be delivered via door dash. When we got our food there were several things wrong with the order. We called Red Robin to see if there was a mistake and get a refund for the missing items. The girl who picked up the phone asked if we could come in with the food. We replied we would not as we had it delivered. She put us on a brief hold and then came back on and said "There is not a whole hell of a lot we can do about it..."Mistakes happen and it's only a $10 dollar meal but the extreme unprofessionalism will have us choose other restaurants moving forward...classy red robin...
Can I just say yummm??? Food is always on point. The Redrock location is great, staff are always friendly. Seems like in the last 6 months, it's hard to find someone up front and service is always slammed with not enough help. As a former employee of a different location, I know they want people greeted quickly in front and at the tables, and that hasn't been happening.
I am extremely happy with Red Robin it went thru a phase where things wasn't so great. But the last few times I have been there the food was so good I had to go back the next week. Best place in town for a burger!!!
Went to Red Robbin today and its always been a favorite place but today was very disappointing .Tables were all dirty and no one bothered to clean them off. It felt very dirty in there with bad service and even food was not worthy. Probably will not go back.
