I took my family out to eat and after finally getting two toddlers settled down to eat, I went to the restroom and seen a cockroach in the bathroom.. I notified staff, they didn’t seem to care much. Had to leave. Definitely not going back.
Employees were nice but the white rice was inedible. It wasn't cooked and hurt to chew it.
The Manager Micah was super friendly and made the entire environment more an enjoyable place. He does a really good job managing staff, 5/5. And obviously you can’t complain about the food!
They dropped my burrito on the floor, then had me go to the back of the line to have it remade. Ran out of the rice I wanted while I went to the back, and then charged me full price for it without even offering to comp for the situation. Won’t be going this location ever again. Very disappointed.
My daughter just loves Qdoba, so I'm always trying to also, but this is a salad that I got and as I dug in further, I also got the bonus avocado sticker! Kind of ruined it for me, again. I've tried all three Qdoba's in the area and it seems only Fruita is worth going to!
Micah, Keegan and Sage absolutely went above and beyond for amazing customer service tonight! This is by far my favorite Qdoba. They are always so friendly here and willing to go the extra mile.

Qdoba is literally the best thing ever!!!!! I eat there literally 3 times a week and Micah and Blake always take such good care of me! Thus is my favorite Qdoba location in town too! They're the best!!!!
There truly is a great team at this local Qdoba. Food was excellent I would strongly recommend a burrito or a bowl you seem to get a lot of food with their bowls. The team is very friendly and patient. They make you feel right at home.
