Best BBQ in Gj hands down! Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had and his jalapeño cheddar sausage was the best I’ve had! Can’t beat the prices and the friendly service! I would recommend 100 times over!
Smokers, accessories, pellets, lump charcoal, huge variety of rubs, injections, and big selection of different woods for smoking, cut while you are there. Personable and friendly service, with advice and insights for improving your smoking and grilling experience. They also have BBQ lunches cooked on premises on Fridays starting at 11am till 1or 2pm. I highly recommend this business!
When I lived in Colorado, this was the only BBQ I came across as a native Texan that was on that level! If I'm ever back on the Western Slope, it's happening.

Food was pretty good but was more frustrating than anything. At their food truck they were disorganized, had no posted menu, I asked for some Links or Brats and they just looked at me funny. On their sauce table the bottles were all but empty and you had to beat them hard just to get anything out. I got pulled pork and had no idea what else I could have gotten because they DIDN’T HAVE A MENU! Better luck next time guys.

The food is full of flavor, smoked slow and with love. Currently just serving up the best plates one could ever ask for, only on Fridays. Well worth looking forward to Friday. The Texas beans are the bomb, the brisket is so tender, there is no need for a knife. The pulled pork eggs rolls melt in your mouth. The plate of food is generous and will leave you wishing you had ordered two. Very friendly staff. Call ahead your order because he sells out fast!!!!
