I always get a pizza with no onions and no sausage i have tried to call and to tell them my pizza has red onions all over it and they just leave you on hold and dont come back for you they did this a couple of weeks ago when i got the wrong crust.
Called and was put on hold for 6 minutes. Finally decided to go into the store and place a to go order in person, while there I kept on the phone line curious to see if they were busy, noticed only 3 people in front of me, there were 3 employees and the 2 girls were laughing and joking around while 1 guy was actually working. I stayed on the line and timed it. They ended up keeping me on hold for 16 minutes in total before I left and hung up. Before leaving I heard one say laugh and say someone was still holding on the phone. It wasn't busy, plus they had terrible customer service. I said "thank you, have a good night" and the girl did not say 1 word back to me.
Chandler was watching videos on his phone while he put toppings hurriedly over half of our pizza.
Good pizza, worth the short wait for prep and I suggest ordering over the phone or online to get in and out quicker!
I always come back here. The pizza is always great. I love being able to take it home and add any extras I'd like, or pop it in the freezer for later. Super easy for parties especially. My order is always perfect, as someone with plenty of allergies ive never had an issue. Excellent!
As a manager, I was highly impressed with the teamwork the manager has built in her store.Everyone was rocking it and preparing high quality pizzas in record time! By the way this was also during high volume on ten buck Tuesday. My favorite Papa Murphys ever ❤Julie Connor
Newer employees but they did a great job and always really friendly! (Despite the old lady that insisted her pizza was free when it clearly wasn't.) The kid at the register handled it well. ?
I do like their pizza. My issue is how rude the staff is now... the past 3 or 4 times I've gone in there the employees are salty af! They act like it's such an inconvenience to grab my order off the rack and hit a few buttons on the register. I know working in customer service can be miserable but if you can't handle the heat get the f out the kitchen!
