Unique and perfect. You’ll immediately enjoy the cozy structure combined with the eclectic art on the walls and unique branding. The staff were attentive, efficient, and kind even on an exceptionally busy night. All of this was the setting for the gem of the place—-their pizzas. Fresh, glorious flavors from the dough to toppings. I will say that we would’ve preferred our pizzas to be cooked a little longer for a wood fired pizza. The dough was cooked through and had some golden glory, but we are char lovers. It was a hectic night and we plan to had a note for well-done pizzas next time.
Tried the slice of the day. It was so good I meant to take it to go and sat down for another slice. The man who made my pizza was very friendly and took pride in his job. I even got some inside knowledge of a great spot by the river for next time I visit. Thanks again!
I ordered online & received a pickup time . Pizza was ready to the minute of projected p/u time. I had the Delta Blues , which was great. The pizza is not the typical chain franchise store pizza, not that all of those are bad. Pablo's has a unique product. I'm from out of area & will eat there again before I return home. i recommend.
Best pizza we’ve had in the US and/or Canada; best ever since our Sienna Italy trip. Great food!! Welcoming and helpful staff. Atmosphere good and suitable for “family”. So good we altered trip for a return visit on same vacation week so actually had lunch and supper here.
Best pizza! Fresh ingredients too! We enjoyed the atmosphere here, and the service was excellent. The crust was very good! Give this local eatery a try. You will be glad you did!
This was our first time eating at Pablo's, and it was amazing! The crust is perfect and the toppings were fresh. The customer service was the best, though. We ordered pickup kind of late. When I arrived for our order, I realized that I had forgotten to order my youngest son's cheese pizza. The young man said, "No worries! We'll have it out in about 10 minutes!" I said they didn't have to bother, as it was 5 minutes to close. He insisted and had it ready to go in no time. Thanks for going the extra! Will definitely be back!
Great pizza awesome quality ingredients. Lots of unique choices. Friendly staff. We were driving thru I70. It did add 15 minutes to the trip but worth it. We called in the pizza so it was ready when we got there. Had to park behind it. Had to put .25 cents in the meter for 2.5 hours. A dime would of worked but we didn't have a dime.
Small pizzeria. Super cute! The atmosphere is great and all the workers greeted us with big smiles. For was very good.
Unique pizza menu, tasted delicious, a cute and cozy place with indoor and outdoor seating and local artwork. Just passing thru and found it. If we are ever back in Grand Junction, we would definitely stop again!
The atmosphere was much better than the pizza. I just had a slice of Hawaiian. Very plain but good. I really like the atmosphere and the wifi was good enough for what I needed.
