Super nice staff, owner was a Doll . I hope to be a chef here in the fall. Had the black cod roll, and spicy scallop roll. Top notch. So delicious, and all employees were Cool AF. Thank you No Coast for a wonderful experience.....

The vegan selections were incredible and every flavor was superior to any sushi that I've had si far. Also the vegan meatballs in the ramen is top notch

It had the potential to be awesome until I found a gigantic worm in my Teriyaki Chicken. Totally lost my cookies. And you'd think that they would comp our meal do to the creepy crawlers in our noodles but unfortunately they made us pay for our drinks and one other dish. Totaled $30 and we didn't get to eat. Definitely will not be back and will try not to puke as I drive by.

I got the Pork Belly Ramen and it was delicious! If you like spicy, this is for you! It has an underlying sweet aspect. The pork is cooked perfectly.

Up-charging for imagined CHIC & URBAN environment. They have some good menu items. Aspects of the presentation of plates is good, and also of the style of the atmosphere. Unfortunately, cost of shipping shrimp in to a desert doesn't change the truth that No Coast Sushi overcharges for their portion size and level of quality of sushi and other dishes. Don't be fooled by the modernist twist - this does not mean they are properly skilled. Very unusual for me to have my belly turn after seafood lunch. They gastro-got me. To be fair, the view of the monument from outside the restaurant and at a few of the tables is great. Also, the shot ownership took at a modernist chic Japanese+ upscale eatery did miss the target, but does have some stuff about it that some country folk may buy as authentic. Being real country means hating turning up a sucker. We don't need help realizing that there is no coast, if there are no suckers. (Cowboy Koan)

They're the best sushi for not being near the ocean, coming from a coastal guy. Everyone is nice and everything is great, but they definitely need to clean the ceiling...

Great Sushi and friendly staff. My wife can't get enough of the fried roll and I love the Sashimi and the Silver Wolf drink.

Went for lunch. We ordered Miso soup which was flavorful( kinda hard to mess up Miso). Had Goyza dumplings for an appetizer which were also good. We split an order between two of us and only got the plate they came on, which we had to pass back & forth. My wife had Salmon Sushi which were about the size of a nickel. Tasted OK, but not much value for the money. I had the Dragon Sushi which was good size and reasonably good. Atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Did not expect to have loud hard metal rock playing for lunch. Decor is no descript, but they do have a nice fish tank. Service was acceptable. There are better options for Sushi in Grand Junction.

It's not what it once was. I've tried to go on 5 seperate occasions since moving back and there's either no seating, they aren't open due to their hours or you have to make a reservation and they aren't allowing walk ins. I miss being able to sit down for lunch here or being able to get in for dinner. Hope to see an improvement so I can change my rating and get back to enjoying the restraunt.

My husband is vegan and we both really appreciate all the vegan options No Coast has. They even had vegan desserts. We had a three course meal and warm sake. Everything was delicious and the hostess and waitress were friendly and attentive.
