Oh my gosh. I dont know what kid was trying to take my order through the drive through (7:40 pm 7/18) but he was so rude! He was treating me like trash. I asked him about a meal deal and he treated me like I was dumb. Not okay that a 12 year old kid is acting like this towards customers. I would be changing his position up real quick. We decided to go to the north ave. McDonalds instead and they were so much more friendlier and way more packed for a good reason.

I got French fries and nugget meal, my fries had MOLD on it! Def don’t go here unless you want mold in your food.

Started eating fries and sandwich right when delivered: Luke warm at best. Verbally ordered pineapple mango smoothie but got a slushie. Went to the cashier to get the right item and she said, “you ordered the slushie”. I didn’t push it cause I have better things to do with my life. Funny thing is I didn’t even know they had slushies. We’ll built facility. Frantically working teens doing their best to keep up. I’m sure the digital app orders will correct mishaps. As for temps of food: Ug…high volume service issue perhaps. Who knows if that will improve. I use to work fast food as a teen. I know it can be delivered hotter/better.And the milk chocolate tastes a little weird. My 8 year old said, “yuck! It tastes like medicine.” I tried it. She’s right.
I just came through the drive through 15 min ago and ordered a 20 piece nugget and only got 10. Who do I contact for a refund?
Dirty and disorganized. No hair-nets, no gloves and food all over kitchen floor. Guest seating area dirty. I only bought coffee - would not eat here if you paid me. 05/21/22
When you pay the same as a full dinner at a regular restaurant and you get half of your order missing and cold its disappointing. I honest to goodness think that these fries came from someone else’s order they were cold and soggy and we half of them were there when I open the bag. I pulled them out right in front of the lady handed them to me and she didn’t even bat an eye I guess it’s normal here. Than I reminded her to hand me my drink cup then I reminded her to him in my sauces but she only gave me one of even though I got 10 piece nuggets.
The order ticket said no cheese, and I got cheese. I ate it anyway, but with the fish sandwiches the fish patty is rarely square with the bun and the cheese makes it difficult to move it to the center of bun. My son HATES cheese and so they fixed that. It's fast food and mistakes happen. I like that they walk the orders out, but not when it's obvious that they are frazzled. Love the app and the kiosks.
Ordered at 11:10. Wasn’t even busy. Ordered nuggets meal and Big Mac meal no lettuce no onion. I got a burger that had both lettuce and onion on it and the burger looks like someone smashed it. I’m curious how this is acceptable?
They are not fantastic about getting orders correct, or even complete. Do yourself a favor, and do not under any circumstance pull forward to one of their waiting spots if you go through the drive-thru. They will mess up your order at that point without fail.
