I'm not sure why I waste my time writing a review, it seems no one really cares enough to make the changes that are necessary but here we go, I stopped at the 12th street location to order lunch, the drive thru was backed up as usual so I decided to go in and order, I don't know if this is something all stores are doing but back in the day our employees all wore nice clean uniforms, today it appeared some of the staff members were wearing street clothes and not their best either it just looked extremely sloppy and forget about customer service, I'm not even sure if they train on that anymore, there's a whole lot of work to be done with the staff at this location, I just hope they actually pay attention to reviews.
Hot, hot day. Go pull in at the drive thru. Wait. Wait. Wait. Finally get up to the ordering intercom. Order a shake. "Sorry, we don't have shakes today". GRRRRRRRRRRRR PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE SO DRIVE THRU PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE! McDonalds has really gone downhill the last few years. Cold fries, no shake. Not a happy camper.
Went to McDonalds for 2 drinks. I probably sat in their drive thru for 25 min from the time I got there to the time I got my drinks. When I pulled up to the window, they didn’t know where my drinks were so I had to sit there even longer for them to make them. Right before I was given my drinks, I heard them say something like yup that’s water. I ordered a Coke and a Sprite. Once I connected the dots (right after pulling away from the window) I was worried and tasted my Sprite and wouldn’t you know it it was water. I called and they told me I could come through the line again to get the Sprite but I was already frustrated waiting 25 min or so for my drinks and I didn’t want to wait another 25 for one drink because no one knows what is going on. If you can’t handle the heat don’t stay open.
Just had the worst ever bacon egg cheese biscuit today. 30 minutes ago I picked up 2 biscuit meals. I was not given a receipt or even asked if I would like one. Jabbing worked for McDonald's in the past I know what should not be served. Both the biscuit and bacon on these sandwiches should not have gone out to a customer. The bacon was so old and brittle that it didn't even taste like bacon anymore. The biscuits were hard as a rock on the bottom. They had a "$127" order before mine so there is no reason for this. When I tried callingto explain I got no answer. And how the one was wrapped and served, I wish I was a secret shopper this store would have FAILED! There was a year in the wrap exposing the sandwich.
By far the worst McDonald's I've ever gotten food or beverages from. Everytime I go through drive thru my order is always wrong wether they took the order wrong, made it wrong, or handed it out wrong. I waited 30 minutes just to order my food just to get half of my order. I called and they had simply said your going to have to pull through again, which was wrapped around the building again. No way was I going to wait another half hour for food just so the other half would be cold. No longer will I be customer. Fast food doesn't pay employees good enough,meaning the employees don't tend to care about their work ethic. Whatever may have been the issue it needs fixed.
The worst McDonalds in town and I hate to say that because it’s the closest one to our house. I will go out of my way to go to Clifton or the one by the mall on the occasions that we get McDonalds because of how short-staffed and short-tempered the employees are and I don’t necessarily blame them completely. I’ve also got into the habit of rejecting deliveries that are sent here from UberEats and DoorDash because the wait is astronomical at anytime of the day or night and there is always stuff missing so I waste time and essentially money waiting for this one order for 30-60 minutes. The last time I was there, one of the night managers got into a screaming match with a customer because he stood waiting at the front cashier to order for almost 30 minutes in the lobby and then the manager told him to go through the drive-thru because the lobby closed at 11:00 PM. I haven’t been back there since.
I guess customers harassing other customers is okay if they are trans. My son and his BF were verbally abused and photos were taken of them without consent. I spoke to the manager on site and she could care less about them and their safety in fact her words were " not my problem or my staffs " so I guess it's okay to harass anyone at this location now.
Severely understaffed and waited in line for over 20 minutes now for a coke and ice cream. It’s not the kids faults working here. Management needs to step up and fill in missing employees shifts. The kids working were super nice and trying their best but I know they’re facing the anger of customers being impatient.
Terrible management these people are rude and it’s no wonder why their rating is already so low
Have to keep those fries consistent! Last 2 times fried were soggy and mostly dark brown. Dropped 4 spots to #6 of 10 all time best fries.
