Fantastic!!! Cash only fyi but this is some awesome food...my favs are the gorditas and breakfast burritos and the sauces have no equal. Try them, it's worth it!!
Small food truck next to the Sinclair gas station. Having traveled extensively, I've learned these places usually serve the best Mexican food, and at reasonable prices. This place did not disappoint! We tried the asada tacos, the quesadillas, and the tamales. All were excellent. Note: it is cash only, but there is an ATM inside the gas station.

Tasty breakfast burritos! Wish they had just a little more spice. Ordering was easy, though it was cash-only. Several people ordered by phone ahead of time, which we would probably do next time as well.

Best hidden gem in Grand Junction!! This place is absolutely amazing!! The owners are so kind and helpful!!! Now let's talk about the food.... There is nothing bad here!!! I have tried almost everything and it's all AMAZING!!! MUST HAVE!!!
I have been going to this food truck for two years now, but recently the people are becoming so rude, they never have gorditas, they were being very unprofessional, and they don’t deserve any of the money they get. I will not be going back and instead I will learn to adapt to a new food truck worthy of the money they receive.
