The "LaCroix of Soft Serve"The Ice Cream is great if you like Vanilla or Chocolate. The flavors are regularly lacking and just taste like the waved a bit of flavor over the vat of Ice Cream.In all seriousness, it is made local and it really is good ice cream but someone needs to change up the flavor dept. We used to go every week to try the flavors of the week, but when they all just seemed to blend together, we kind of stopped going. The only flavor we ever had that was 'punch you in the face flavor' was the hot cinnamon and that was so intense we couldn't finish the cone. Double up the flavor intensity on the other flavors and I'll be back more often. As it is, we debate going even when there are "flavors" we like.

Graff Dairy is the hometown, homemade, soft serve destination for locals. It's flavors of the week are very tasty. Drive through line is usually long so use the walk up window it's often quicker. Only downside is I'm not sure they have pest control because the building is covered in spider webs!

Always delicious. Huge variety of flavors changing weekly. Great customer service.

I have lived in the Grand Valley for two years now and ever since i first discovered Graff Dairy and the flavors of the week . we have been at least 3 times a month. Thanks Graff Dairy for great service and delicious ice cream. Consistently....

This is the best place in town to get ice cream, it’s really good. The line is always long but they work through it at a good pace and you never wait long. I was irritated tonight though when the women took our order and literally everything we asked for they no longer sold which was everything on the huge flyers on the back fence, and all the “treats” on their menu. It’s aggravating that they have these huge flyers and giant menu but then half the stuff on it they don’t even sell anymore. There was also a giant banner advertising brownies by the pull up window so we tried that instead and she said they don’t sell brownies. Like really?! So aggravating again!!! If you don’t sell the items don’t advertise them all over the place, on giant banners and take the stuff off the menu.

The staff was kind and happy, the flavor was good, but the shakes we got were very over mixed and incredibly runny. To be fair, there was a trainee (who originally forgot to blend one of the shakes altogether, and it was mostly just milk), but they kindly remade it. All three shakes we got were basically just flavored milk with tiny overmixed chunks of mix ins. After spending $23 for 3 shakes plus tip, we could only drink about a quarter of them. I'm not usually disappointed with much, but I left feeling like I wasted my money. I really don't ever want to go back, but maybe it would be worth trying again when there's not a trainee making shakes?

Ice cream was amazing as always, we had to wait in a long drive thru line but it was delicious. We got soft serve and it's incredible , the smoothies are more like a runny drink with crushed up canned fruit so it wasn't my favorite. I wish the inside area was open before 4pm so we could actually go inside.

Too long didnt read version: I’ve only been there three times this year and I’ve had an issue every time. I usually just bring it up in their Facebook messenger and today I was blocked for voicing a legitimate complaint and not cussing not demanding not saying any demeaning things or anything at all and you can see that in the screenshots. ******* So I try to handle things privately when I have an issue and that’s what I’ve done with Graff dairy in the past (one other time). Today I had another issue and I privately messaged them voicing my concern and last time I had an issue. Previously I refused to take any kind of compensation or a remake because that’s not the point in me bringing up a concern. Well if today they decided that they were going to block me from messaging them or commenting on their page when I sent them a legitimate concern through Facebook messenger not publicly. So now I have to be public with the fact that I’m upset with their service. I have two children on the autism spectrum and specifically my son has a lot of sensory issues so ice cream cones are a dangerous endeavor to say the least. Typically we go to McDonald’s and just get a cheap cone for today I wanted to treat them to something I consider to be better at least are used to consider to be better. So in an effort to mitigate the risks that I know that I’m inevitably going to have to deal with and my son having panic attacks because he gets a little bit of ice cream on his hand I placed my order like this: “hey can I get a chocolate ice cream cone soft serve and can you make it like extra small so that way it doesn’t make a huge mess? Like I’ll just pay for the kids cone or whatever just make it smaller than normal.” What was handed to me was an ice cream cone that was smashed at least a half an inch below the edge of the cone and super wide….as everybody who’s ever eaten ice cream knows it’s going to go everywhere. Instead of getting angry or pulling the ice cream cones out of my children’s hands I just told them I didn’t want the glacier anymore and got a few extra napkins and took the cups that they offered me. I asked for my money back to the glacier because I wanted to illuminate any risk of other issues because I knew my son was about to freak out no matter what I did and I just wanted to get out of there and get home. So on my way home the inevitable happened to my son got it on his hands and started freaking out and I had to pull over and wipe him down and stop his freaked out because he was trying to unbuckle himself and that’s not his fault and it’s not something I’m complaining about because I love my children and I will deal with everyone of their panic attacks and texture freak out for the rest of their lives if I have to. So I decided I would message Graff dairy privately and voice my concerns. Back on May 9 I message them because I had a different issue which I will not discuss right now and I told him I did not want any compensation for the issue I merely just wanted to bring it up to them and I would come back in the future which was today. When I went through today I did not mention any prior issues I did not ask for any extra anything or any discounts and I would never. So I messaged them explaining that this was the third time I’ve been there this year and the third time that I’ve had an issue and it’s the second time that I’ve ever complained to them about an issue with food in anyway. According to Facebook messenger September 22, 2021 is the only other time I’ve ever messaged them and that’s because there was something wrong with the phone. To the best of my memory I was trying to call and either check for availability of something or hours of operation because I was going to take my kids there and I think I tried to go there but the door was an open or something I can’t remember but I tried to call a few times and no one answered at least that’s my memory of it. I had a great but less than productive conversation with Jeremy and I told him I would be doing this and unfortunately it is what it is.

I guess they make their own ice cream….Ive had a milkshake (cookies and cream), and a soft serve cone ( not at the same time). Not horrible, but just not impressed. The inside is not currently open, but there’s a drive thru. All of the staff are STILL wearing masks (inside). I asked why. She said “because we feel comfortable wearing the masks”. It’s just so unnecessary. Service is pretty good however. Worth checking out maybe once.
