I will never again come back to this place nor give my business to this place. We placed a Togo order 7/5/22, we were charged for it and upon arrival we discovered (with multiple other customers who ordered online) that they closed due to a power outage. This was rather frustrating considering we just were charged for food we can’t receive and ALL the business around them were open. We called today 7/6/22, I wanted to speak to a manger. I was directed to Steven, he took time to confirm my order and say we could pick it up today for the original time. This is where service when down hill, I called around 6:30 to speak to a manger just to confirm our order from yesterday was being prepared. I was out on hold for over 10mins and when I called back the kid forgot he put me on hold. I asked to speak to a manger and some women answered, no name- she was unbelievably RUDE. I was trying to explain the situation and she proceeded to cut me off multiple times, said our order was being prepared wouldn’t let me confirm the order or number. Upon arrival the same women had A disrespectful attitude towards my fiancé when he came inside to pick our order up. They forgot our drink and when he went back inside to get it the manager I’m assuming was Steven was really nice. But the women proceeded to have attitude and be disrespectful. We will not be returning here.

Good-Googley that was awesome! My first time and created a semi- chicken terriyaki bowl. Trying to keep flavors familiar. Delicious!Chris, our host, was great help with navigating our orders.

This is the first Mongolian grill I’ve ever seen (and I’ve eaten at them all over the country) that is NOT all you can eat. The main point of eating at one of these (to me) is that I can make a variety of small dishes…one seafood, one chicken and one beef, all with different seasonings and enjoy the variety. If I’m just going to get one big meal I may as well just to for Chinese or Thai or Vietnamese. Lame that they don’t offer this option.

Always a great visit. This time, though, they seemed short-staffed, a lot of running around and took a bit to get drunk refills. Also they were dealing with A LOT of call-in and online orders, so it took almost 30min for 5 of us to get the food. But...still love it!

We were there Monday afternoon and had a wonderful time. Chris the waiter was very kind to our son who is deaf and treated him like a normal child. Frankie the cook also was nice as well and put on a show for him and made him smile. They saw that he barely filled up his bowl, so they downgraded him to a bowl size that matched how much he got. Will definitely be back and hope we get to see the same staff again.

Quite interesting to find this Mongolian Barbecue place way out in Grand Junction, Colorado. Being a franchise, the flavor is on-point. Generous portions even if you choose the small bowl. You can pile on the protein and vegetables as high as your Tetris skills will allow. The staff at this particular location were extremely patient and accommodating. The cooks were hard at work, doing their best to cook out the food quickly and thoroughly. As is with other Mongolian Barbecue styled restaurants, expect heavy caramelization (blackened surfaces) on your food.

You literally build your own bowl with the seasonings and sauces that you want, so if you want it to be right, go in person. The food is expensive, yes, but if you stack your bowl high enough you can get two meals for one. I'm not sure how you could go wrong! We have never had an issue with the cooking, the service is always great and staff is always friendly. Drinks are always tasty.

This is my husband's most favorite place to come and it seems lately when we come there will be only one maybe 2 servers......For how busy they are and tonight only being 2 girls on the floor There attitude's we're awesome and they were super friendly Definitely should keep them around the only nice and friendly servers since COVID it seems like.....P.S. don't know their names but it was April 5th and was 7:00 P.M. when we went in

Good food and your choice of food selection! You get to personally pick out your own gig that you want to eat. Just depends on the time you go there honestly.. If you want your food to be made up to par go around 3 to 5. Other times that I've went there depending on whose working, will sometimes overcook your food and be a little dry. Overall they do a good job with the selections and different kinds of meats and vegetables that you want to add. Its a 4 stars from me!

super fresh food ! Great staff.
