Everything was great and tasted fresh. My only issue was the frozen custard key lime concrete should when being delivered by a delivery service, it should have a top to completely cover the open top of the product. The delivery guy had pet hair all over him which mean his car was extremely scattered with pet hair. What’s the chance this fella drove with his windows open or even the vehicles ac blowing pet hair around and going inside the top of the open cup. The meal was sealed in a bag so why not do the same with the custard products.

The burgers, fries and custard were a welcome change from other burger chains. The burgers were fresh and had great taste. The service was prompt and friendly.

Went through the drive through and they had the worst customer service. The girl taking my order was very rude. When we went to the window to pick our food up the guy rudely handed it to me without saying anything and walked away from the window. They had given my food to the car in front of me and she handed it back to them. The receipt that was in my bag was from the car in front of mine. They didn’t give us enough straws and they didn’t give us any spoons. The hot fudge sundae only had a tiny bit of hot fudge. Very disappointing! The Freddy’s in Colorado Springs has much friendlier workers.

First time I at there in grand junction I was highly impressed this was shortly after the location opened a couple years ago. Now I'm a supervisor with the company. The staff welcomed me as I part of the team from day one. I can't wait to see what's in store next.

Went here for lunch and the staff clearly don't care much. They were obliviously annoyed we came in to eat. The lobby was disgusting and there was not a clean table in the place. It wasn't busy, as a matter of fact not one other customer came in while we were there. Our food came in a sloppy mess and the OUTSIDE bun was covered in mustard. Everything here was unacceptable.

California style double burger was room temperature, and the fries, while fresh, were badly oversalted. Two days later, I'm still thirsty. Yeah. THAT kind of oversalted. I should've just left the food and gone elsewhere, but I had a limited time slot to deal with, and I had already plunked down my $10 for a burger and fries. What to do? Next time, just head on down to Denny's?

Went with adult son. I got jalapeño pepper Jack burger and son got patty melt. Burger had some spice to it and fries were just so so. Son got sick later but don’t know if it was the burger. Would eat here again.

the one on the business loop is better quality and service.no fries on a meal onion rings were greasy as hell..management seem to be on there phones in the back. instead of training the new employees they were making fun of him.Lets get it fix unsatisfied customer at Horizon Drive Freddys..

Stopped off for something to eat on the way back home to California from driving trip to Iowa...Decided to try something new...Great steak burgers, everything was fresh and theDessert was awesome!!Forgot to take pics on account the food looked so good we dug right in!...

Went through the drive thru, took longer than expected, not a big deal. Get my food, pull the box out and there is a long black hair on top of it. Open the box to find more hair on the burger itself. Look at the fries and yet again more hair.. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
