I think people have a right to know that when you eat in at Freddy's you pay an average of $2 more per item! I usually go through the drive-thru I get the exact same sandwich $6.93 today I went inside and got the EXACT SAME SANDWICH $8.56 the manager could not give me an answer as to why that would be even though I showed them my bank statement!! Your customers have a right to know you are cheating them.
Came for our kids birthday, was empty inside, no line, so pretty quiet place. Leilani or so the ticket says (dyed red hair, angry at life) took our order. She was the worst example of an employee I have found. Would cut us off to say "is that all" while still trying to order, and not letting others in the group even start their order just "is that all". Then after the most aggressive ordering process I have had, the drink fountain was dirty, no ketchup in the pumps or cups to put it in. Guess this is the norm with fast food and all part of the dinning experience in 2022.
Service went from good to piss poor since it opened. If you can't find quality help, just close the doors instead of giving people garbage for the same high price.
My hot dog was cold, my fries were old and the new cashier couldn't ring my order up right. They gave me my hot food and I almost left then remembered I ordered a shake and sundae . When I went back to the counter they basically shooed me and said oh you get that over there ( on the cold side) . It wasn't that busy for so much confusion and not so great customer service. My shake and sundae were great though.
BEST fast food lettuce wrapped burger in TOWN! Fresh lettuce, never wilted. Love Freddy's, it's my go to now that I'm not in Texas. I miss my Whataburger, but Freddy's sure is keeping me from missing it too much! Friendly upbeat staff and always willing to get my pup his treat ❤️
Very disappointed! First time we have eaten here and probably the last time. Burgers were only partially warm, fries tasted fishy and the crispy chicken sandwich also tasted fishy, like they are fried in the same oil as their fish. Chocolate malts were very runny, ordered two malts and didn't know it was a syrup not actually powdered malt. Tasted horrible and I ended up throwing it away. Paid $35 for food just to be very disappointed in it.
French fry was good. But how am I suppose to eat this swamp of a chili dog?
I wish I could give negative stars. My boyfriend and I had our food ordered by a very rude employee, who sounded like she hated her job. Our food came out cold and soggy, so we asked for new food. The employees groaned and laughed at us. On top of that the two workers at the window were grasping each other in a very unprofessional way. Employees were also using headsets to joke around with each other while we were sitting there waiting for our food. Very unprofessional workplace, will not be going back.
The food is really good, but service is usually sub-par. The store is pretty messy when I've been in also.
Their burgers are unique and very delicious! I definitely recommend if you want fast food.
