I'm confident they make the best chicken wing sauces I have eaten. Wing arrived to the table, crispy, juicy, and piping hot. They provided solid service with their limited staff. We quickly received all of our food when we ordered. Highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful experience, our server Nicky was such a wonderful woman, treated our table with such kindness an thoughtfulness through our entire experience. Food was great, atmosphere was great, 10/10 would go again.
Great food and Team. The wings are amazing and the crazy fun atmosphere is top notch. IF you like sauces oh boy do they have some great choices not just so hot it hurts but it all tastes so good. I always order my wings well done.
I have been a regular here for many years, for good reason. This place is one a kind. I recommend the wings. All of the sauces are fantastic. The service is great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when they are really busy, but it's always worth the wait.
Still sad the other location closed, because the service at this one has always been pretty bad. We go fairly often because the sauces/wings are far superior to any other option we have. But.. the service, we sat for 26 minutes on Monday before a server even visited our table (and that is after we requested one, twice) This is not uncommon, unfortunately.But the food is delicious!
I hate to give this place a three star review, but the staple food; chicken wings, were probably the smallest wings I’ve ever had in my life. The atmosphere was nice, the interior was nice, the waitress was nice. However, when your key food is a massive disappointment, the three stars is merited. My advice to the ownership or management; change your chicken vendor.
This place used to be great. Breaks my heart. Great food, awesome sauces. The seating is the absolute worst you could experience. It's seat yourself so that means you get to fight for a table. The patio is horrible. Middle of winter and no heat. Hot tea was luke-warm water and an excuse of "we're not really set up for hot tea drinkers". Got the food, it was as cold as everything else. Probably won't be back. This really breaks my heart. Sell it if you're going to run it.
I placed a pick up order. And unfortunately the order was messed up. When I called to speak to a manager he was rude. I explained to him my fries were raw and he argued and said they were just soggy not row but they were definitely raw I had to cook them in my oven for 10 mins before they looked done. My wings were wrong and ive ordered the same thing for over 10 years so I know what I was supposed to get but he said I was wrong. Ibe never spoken to such a rude manager. I work in a busy restaurant so I understand that orders get messed up but never have I spoken to such a rude manager.
Food was alright. Nothing super spectacular. Server was really sweet, but it seemed like there were more people standing around than actually working to ease the load on those trying.
So this place is great if you stay and eat. I have gotten it to go and every time they mess up the order. It also always taste like its been sitting out way longer then it should have.
